Fundraiser at Bear Creek

I saw this on the Bear Creek website, they are holding several fundraisers to benefit their head snowmaker who was recently involved in a car accident.

 

 

On the evening of July 2, 2006, Dan Brocious, the head snowmaker at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, was seriously injured in a car accident. Dan

Thanks for posting this. Dan does have health insurance but he is still hospitalized and at the very least his out of pocket for this year will be approximately $2500. He just started to speak again and was able to walk with the assistance of 2 people. He has a long road to recovery but his mom thinks he should be able to make a full recovery.
