Ski Vermont for Free

I addition to the SkiPA offer of 4th Graders getting free tickets (previously posted), Vermont have a Ski 4 Free scheme for 5th Grade students.

 

I'm signing my daughter up so that my wife will let us do more trips to VT through the year, you get 3 tickets to each resort to be used any time except for a few blackout dates.

What if the 5th grader is 10... TP4 could take advantage of this deal...

 

 

10 or 11 doesn't matter, all you need is a 5th grade report card or some other proof of attendance, I assume TP4 isn't too ashamed of his to show it

 

3 tickets to each of the following:

 

Jay peak

Killington

Okemo

Stratton

Mount Snow

Mad River Glen

Suicide 6

Bromley

 

and many more....

 

I could get to spend a good deal of my winter in VT, if only I hadn't just bought her a season pass to CB

where is the money coming from to pay for all these free tickets?

 

 

Ever heard the expression "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth...."

 

With this (and the PA scheme for 4th graders) the ski areas see it as a way of attracting future customers and they rely on the kids either needing rentals (not free) or at least coming with one / both parents (also not free)
