  1. definitely a circus before the wall. swingset...circus. school bus...poorly built lip so it's a circus. first 3 hits in the park are super good...flat down flat rail is mellow...and yeah after the wall is a circus
  2. haha you saying i can't do it? the reason i say it's retarded is because i can do s rails but after like 20+ tries on this i still can't stick it. so yes, it's retarded
  3. I usually hit the c box backside and press it out real hard on the inside...more of a nose press than anything...but it's so long that as I get closer to the end I start to slide on the inside. Of course they are possible...I can take my board off and walk on it and call it cleared...I'm wondering if it can be hit properly and be done. I'm talking hop on bs/fs and take it around....not hop on 50-50 and then end up bs the mid or something.
  4. They were blowing mad snow on chute last night...
  5. ^^ Agreed. People sitting on landings is by far the most dangerous of all scenarios.
  6. It's your own fault if your stuff gets stolen! I hope people stealing get caught but it's still retarded not to lock it up. I'm super over protective of my equipment. I even bring my snowboard in the potty room with me and prop it up next to me so I have something to share my bathroom experience with.
  7. Conclusion: Stairs are better than nothing. A lot of super lame people still try to climb them. Blue could have implemented something better. Noobs still crowd the park and make it dangerous for themselves AND people hitting features. To be honest...I do think it keeps a fair amount of people out of the park(however not enough). I have had imperfect landings on some ice and almost slid into some dude sitting on the landing. I didn't hit him but if I did I'm not sure I would care or apologize.
  8. OK so not literally impossible because I'm sure it can be done and I've come very close but why is it so incredibly hard? I've gotten all the way around the C box but not anywhere close to how it should have been done. I can't get to the second kink on the S box. Why is this? Do you think it's due to blue's terrible construction? Terrible placement? Terrible takeoffs? I have super huge lean steeze so I can keep on the inside of the box really easily but that S box is so impossible with that flat section. I sessioned it for like an hour and a half last night and like an hour on friday and still can't get it. What are your opinions on these retarded/challenging features?
  9. I'll be up for a major park sesh around 3 or 4. I'll be wearing my white down jacket, brown pants, white hat and white goggles. Name's Mike...throw something at me.
  10. How are you not stoked on that swingset!? I'm ready to rip that bad boy. I've been stoked since i saw the pictures from the summer
  11. soooo true!!! I'll be there around 3 on friday...I hope the have some nice features. Has anyone seen that CRAZY flat(short) - up(long) - down(short)...it looks like it would be really awkward to hit
  12. mmmhmmm it's pretty scary. What's really scary is the lift exits at blue. They are icey as hell...probably like 85% of the people getting off fall on the ice. At least that was the case on saturday night. Kinda a strange medium...you need edges for ice but I would rather slide around on the ice with detuned edges than eat rail when I catch with sharp edges.
  13. lol well I detune my edges on my park board without intention of going anywhere else. I have other boards for other types of terrain. Some people detune skis just like they would a board...
  14. Warning to you park junkies with detuned edges: Ride the sides of the trail. I have a full detune besides contact points on my board and I was sliding all over the place and having a lot of trouble stopping on the ice(of course). Also take into account the super hard icey landings...sprained my wrist 270ing out...caught edge and fell backwards. RIDE A BOARD/SKIS WITH TUNED EDGES!!
