Well they can make it up to 36 degrees and the mt is usually colder than tvile

My second run I went up to early and it was like 40 racers before I shoudl have been there...and it was now in the shade...I FROZE

No problem...Atleast someone is telling you these things....No one told me any of this stuff....I get up to the start and im like what am i supposed to do now?

No where as nervous as you will be at the start of your first USSA race Trust me

I have been there. Have Nastar some nights and it is only like an hr. away. Lifts are slow and could use a foot rest on them but other then that pretty good. Stay away from the burgers

Well what I got was blue was pretty shitty. Lots of icy hardpack. and yeah just wasn't too fun. CB had a lot more snow and was warmer

forumpl All purpose wax is only good to about 15 or maybe 10 degrees. I had that same problem.

Jeff what lodge were you in? All the racers were in the base one and it was packed. If only the racers were there it would still be busy but that and all the other people. As for the lift line I sorta nodded my head at you and you just looked at my skis. And for challenge....I just didn't see you there dude.

AHHHH Evil pieces of sh*t. I think those were the 2 worst runs (and coldest ones) of my life. I couldn't hold an edge or make a nice turn. Hopefully next race will be better.

The snow will not turn to granular because of people on it. It turns to that when it gets warm and hardpack gets scrapped down. then it freezes up again. As long as it stays below freezing all the snow that was just blown should stay nice.

I think I would be skiing if I was there. But my dad desided that we will just go to blue on Sat and leave from here in the morning. No freezing skiing for me

Friday night low -4 (negitive four) Real feel -21. Wind gusts up to 20 MPH This is for TVille so colder on teh MT. Have fun if your skiing then. It won't get much warmer the next day or two but a little.
