just don't leave the heat on for more the 10 mins at a time(i'v done my share of heating and icing body parts)

Camelback wasn't much better, lots of brown spots(fun for gate practice) but really annoying when you hae little 8 yr old boys trying to cut you off so they can be the first ones down

dude it's awesome to see everyone on the board

they volunteer there time, it?s not there job, it?s what they are told to do, I saw them take 4 kids season passes last yr for going to "fast" on nile mile
