  1. haha megan i wish i was loaded. i just manage my money well. im still in college and have a part time job, i just dont waste all i make on alot of non-snow related things.

my bc pass is offpeak and a few friends got a pass with me so it was only 170, very cheap.

  2. personally i dont think there is a single "fair" solution to the problem. most terrain parks have signage at the top and they still do not keep people out, most people, especially these "gapers", wont take the time to read a sign even if its directly in front of them, for example the singage on how to board a lift, closed trail signs, ect.

i do agree that park passes are in a sense unfair. free park passes shouldnt be a problem though. maybe a good solution would be to have a stamp on the lift tickets that validates park usage so someone could check at the park entrance, all they would have to do at the ticket window is ask 5 quick and easy questions that outline the basics of park riding, and if a person shows to have some sort of knowledge they get the stamp

oh, and blue gets avalanches on the double blacks?

  3. my friend was just telling me about a place in south jersey where his dad used to go skiing about 20 minuits from my house. i searched the net and the only info i could find was that its now the pine hill golf course, and it sits on the highest point in south jersey at 214ft. does anyone remember this ski area or have any additional info or pictures?

  4. this has gotten way out of hand. at first hearing about the sale i was real excited, i learned how to ride at montage back when they actually had liftlines and the whole mountain open. i wanted to go last season but when i got near and saw mostly grass on alot of trails in january i went past and headed to elk. id really like to ride montage or sno or whatever its going to be, but if many of the imrpovements that sno promised, including the park do not happen, i dont think id drive the extra hour or so

  5. first one is a Rossignol RS 159 with forum elite bindings

second is a nitro punisher 154 with forum elite or raiden 0 bindings

check out my myspace to see pictures of them in my pictures section, and send me an instant message if your interested. im looking for about 150 for the rossi and 200 for the nitro. the nitro was used just this season, and the rossi for the 2 prior.

  6. the weekend of march 25th i plan to go to whiteface to ride, but i dont want to have to drive back the same night. ive been to killington twice this year, and i would leave at midnight friday, arrive 7 am saturday, ride until close then drive 7 hours back home. i want to avoid doing this for this trip for obvious safety reasons, but i am having trouble finding hotels that have an 18 year old check in age. i do know some hotels do this since i checked into the hilton in scranton when i went to montage for a weekend last year. any ideas? :banghead
