Ski Posted February 18, 2008 Report Posted February 18, 2008 A terrific coach, one of the nicest guys you'll meet, and recently the 'fastest man on the hill', our own Dante hooked a tip in a slalom training run and took a sled ride this afternoon. Last I heard, he has a broken tibia...but I'm hoping it was just a nurse's hair stuck on the xray. We're all hoping the best for ya, buddy.

NASTAR gates aren't usually screwed in as tightly as USSA gates and a great racer like Dante sometimes leaves a course in pieces. I haven't heard anything, Bob, but will be heading over today or tomorrow.
