Sounds good to me... I might be able to make it up Friday and/or Sunday... If you guys get a good night of snowmaking during the week would you open during the week or wait till the weekend?

thanks for the update mark hopefuly the weather will turn so we can get a chair open with a top to bottom run but until then this hike park is soo sick

 

 

lastnight review... really nice till like 7 then it got a little harder but the park was soo sick all night park crew kept the lips and landings perfect great night of boarding again

Thanks for the update. Thats great news, I'll prolly be up fri sat and sunday. I'll be wearing red/gray/white striped pants and a baggy sweatshirt if anyone's trying to ride this weekend.

Yes, we will open as soon as we get a good night of snowmaking in. To clarify the meaning of "good nights of snowmaking," I am referring to a night we get at least 8 hours of snowmaking with temps under 25F.

 

If we get 2 or 3 more marginal nights, that will likely give us enough production to open some trails as well.

That is correct, with one good night we should have enough to open Cascade and Kodiak and hopefully Black Bear.

It looks like Cascade has enough snow to support features, Black Bear will depend on how much snow we can get down.

yeah i loved the old plaza... They new one is way 2 high up, it needs to be more flat. Bear wont keep that there tho bcuz thats where the kid's learn first, bfor the carpet lift.

Well hopefully when semester ends they'll have some good snow and all their terrain open. I think that's do-able by the weekend on the 20th/21st. I like taking breaks from the park to mess around on the rest of the hill.

they had to shut down for like 30 min's because of the storm but the snow is holding up okay

yeah, i only hit the first one but they seem to have held up pretty good.
