It's hard to be critical of a 13 year old that can do that, but being completely objective compared to other vid's I've seen:

 

The editing wasn't bad for a first "release"

 

He still looks like he's trying too hard, content over style.

that was my first thought when I saw it, it's too mixed up with bluebird, night, foggy and out of focus shots, There are a ton of functions that we are just beginning to look at like color correction

I've finally noticed that premiere sucks for rendering and makes clips look really bad. I loaded some of my clips on my friends mac and they came out so much clearer. Im saving up for a mac once I get my new camera setup in about a month or two.

Agreed, I started in Premiere and it does render like crap. My friend switched to a Mac with Final Cut so I borrow that, so I know how to do color correction in Final Cut but not Elements, sorry.

The bigger jumps in that edit were at Sugar Bowl, Boreal and Stratton, other footage is from Steamboat, Waterville, Wachusetts, Park City, Boulder, Wisp, Buckmans
