Thats good to hear, but I was wondering if anyone rode this years boards because as far as I know they were made in a cheap factory last year and this year they switched over to the Elan factory in Austria. Not sure if this changes anything about the boards or not.

I'm thinking of picking up an Academy this year, it looks like i'll get the Propoganda 147. Has anyone ridden this board or any other Academy? The 08 boards were made in the Elan factory in Austria so they have to be decent. I heard they are "out of business" this year, i'm not sure exactly what that means but thats what the rep told me.

I used to think Okemo was good/decent until this last trip. One trip there and its enough for me. All the terrain feels the same and theres nothing too steep there. The parks are good though, when they get enough snow to build them up. The crowds suck though.

Okemo sucks, I just went there for a week. Super crowded and nothing really good to ride (other than decent parks). Also they groomed most of the pow after the storm, they only left 10 or so ungroomed. Theres a small town (ludlow) that you can probably find something to do in. other than that, not much. check out darkside, its a sick shop.

I'm selling a 2007 Santa Cruz Rebel Series 146. It is basically brand new, I used it one day. Base and topsheet are in perfect condition so i'm going to say its new. Perfect for a smaller guy or a jib/mess around board for a larger person. Its wide enough to fit large bindings as well. Let me know if you are interested and i'll send pics of the actual board. All the way on the right there was an up tube, but in the middle there was a jump-gap-butterbox-gap-down rail.

Boulder is going off right now. I was there for the Rome rail jam and the level of riding was crazy. There were kids flipping onto the rail off the butter box and so many sick tricks. I wasnt expecting that big of a set up, it was kind of like the Trans Am, which is coming in january. Free hotdogs and redbull, and I got a ton of stuff at the product toss. And then Boulder Park, I think thats the biggest its been ever. Correct me if i'm wrong but those jumps were bigger than anything they've had last year. Tons of skiers spinning 5's and 7's off the last jump, which is the biggest. Overall, Boulder is sick.
