Woke up to 3 inches of POW this morning… to bad it’ll all melt soon

lacking any variety of frozen liquid last night but looks like they are hammering it pretty hard right now.

Woke up this morning with about an inch on the ground. That last squall that just came through dropped another inch or two. Now the forecasted high winds are starting.

My radio is packed away in a box somewhere... Now I have to go dig it out.

I will only be there Friday morning and maybe again Friday afternoon for a few turns... Heading to the twin cities for the weekend for a sportsball game.

Pretty socked in at the base right now with that snow cloud. Agree with @DiMe... I think we will get lower main and midway. I have a hard time believing that they would open without those runs. In other news, I went up last night to take a quick look and it is hard to tell but they may have been blowing on lazy.

I wonder what kind of stupid trail names they will come up with...

Alright y'all... Quick update on the Pre-Season Kickoff Party! After a bit of planning, I’ve decided to move the party to Saturday. Same plan as before. Details: Date & Time: Saturday, 11/23, from 5pm ish Location: I'll send my address, but it is ~10 mins from Blue

Open to Saturday if that work for everyone better!

Woke up this morning to a nice crispness in the air here in Kunkletown and that means that the season is just around the corner, and it's time to get the stoke levels up! I think that a Pre-Season Kickoff Party to get ready for opening day the following weekend is in order! I’ll have a keg ready to go. I'll also have some finger food and that chili that never made it out at closing day last year, but if you could bring something to share, that would be awesome! Feel free to bring your favorite dish, snack, or app. Probably bring some chairs as well. Details: Date & Time: Tentatively on Sunday 11/24 from 5pm till whenever Location: Secret for now, but there will be a barn! Will announce the location soon, but it will be within 5 miles of Blue. Let me know if you’re in, and I’ll keep everyone posted as things come together.

Friday and Sunday

as much as I would enjoy an opening this weekend, I just can't see them being motivated to do it.

Yesterday was one of those special days... First run of the day was probably the most joyful run of my life. Jacket all flappy and hair free flowin... Was determined to kick the keg before leaving and after review of the video evidence, I got home at 7:03pm. Thank you to those late stayers for your contributions to this valiant effort. Nothing like spending nearly 12 hours at Blue hahah. Everything was about as good as it gets. Great VIBES. Fantastic FOOD. Delicious DRINKS. Great SPICYYY spring conditions. If that was the last day of Blue's season, I am 100% content.

It was a bit of a spicy meatball first thing but overall a fun day.

I have a nice surprise for those who may be thirsty on Sunday...
