Two new features were put in last night, stairs and flat bar ....more to come i believe. I think the lip on the last one needs to be made a little bigger or something, i`ve heard only like 1 outa 5 people can clear it lol

Woah, if i don`t speed check a million times before that one i overshoot. I`ve never even came close to knuckling that one but i`ve over shot it quite a bit of times when i thought i had no speed at all. You musta been there on a superduper slow day or something..

hahahha Im sure they meant the whole set up. sometimes people go crazy and buy the reallly really expensive board and bindings because they think its so much better. Its really not hard to find a set up that expensive. But wow that sucks. My best friend just got her board stolen from boulder about two weeks ago and on wednesday Jon Brogans ski`s were stolen. Kids are so shiesty these days.

Well we found some picnic tables, telephone poles, corregated pipes, wooden spindles, wooden A frame, and tires... we are waiting to see what the mountain shuts down and what they let us do.

rail section up top, reshaped and sized jumps, some rails next to the jumps, a yunkyard woodish section after the c. dunno when it will be done tho.

I realllly hope so. I`m thinkin yes though since the weather will be cold enough. keep your fingers crossed

It really isn't a big waste. The reason its done is because they do as much as they can do to have the park open as early as possible. Once the chance comes to blow a crap load more snow, they do the re-build to get it up to its "full potential". Once the real rebuild happens, it will not look the same. There will be a bigger selection of rails and hits up top, the jumps will be reshaped, (the bus MIGHT get taken out i've heard), and more features will most likely be added at the bottom. It would have been done last week but the weather didn't let that happen. Lets hope that after the rebuild sidewinder looks good.

I guess the easiest way to explain it is with a step down, the knuckle is lower then the lip and with a step up or over, the knuckle is close to the same height even or sometimes a little higher than the lip meaning when you hit the jump, you go up and over the knuckle.. correct me if i`m wrong.

The picnic table is just like a normal box when it comes to materials. I`m not sure where anything is being put , most likely on sidewinder and yes most likely sidewinder will have just a flat rail or two. And it does suck that people gape it up after that jump, but I heard the landing with be alot higher and hopefully we can figure something out to try and keep gapers off of it.. i`ll talk to my boss about it.

Maybe he`s interested in visiting blue mountain... Listen, all of you adults that bicker on here, is all the hate really needed? When an 18 year old girl has to tell you that its all immature then that is pretty bad. I`m sure you are all great people but if you have a problem with someone, talk to them. Back to blue mountain! Right now what we are trying to do is have the jump line be built as step-overs especially the jump before the wall. It will hopefully be huge... Also incase anyone is interested a new feature just got built today. It`s a wooden A-frame that kind of resembles the wooden wall ride Boulder has against the tree, just not quite as tall, and with two sides. Another new feature is a picnic table..kinda. Its veryyyyy long with a lower section on each side. The only weird thing is that there is a slanted layer connecting all of the flat parts so there are no gaps. Hard to explain but it doesn`t look too bad and its not circus-ish.

The grooming is even starting to hurt park crew, on Monday it was done so poorly we almost had to close the wall and the Cbox. Its been a mess lately. We have all been talking about it and hopefully our boss has or will very soon say something about it if it continues.

I saw the plans for the begginer park today and it looks good. On paper it has a lot of flow to it which should make it fun and hopefully it turns out like that on the mountain!

Haha no sorry, just some drizzles of rain.

So far Boulders lines haven`t been too bad. I`ve been there everyweekend since it opened and i don`t remember ever waiting any more than a few minutes in lift lines.

I`m glad everyone (most people) liked it. I wasn`t there but i`m glad it was kept nice. And Justins right Shopey, alot of times the kids who are sitting around aren't even on the clock. Everyone on park crew is close friends so they like to chill together and thats how it always is. If theres 6 kids on the trail, only 3-4 of them are working at one time. Kids still wear their park crew jackets and even fix things while they are off the clock.

lol like its all good i dont get offended easily. You just have to understand, when i know that the people whom i`ve worked with and myself work damn hard, being told we don`t do shit doesn`t really go over well haha. I`ll be at boulder all weekend but from what i`ve heard from rice the come around park sounds fun and has a few things blue has never tried before. So i hope that everyone enjoys it.
