  1. Ok, so Monday July 3rd is the new day. We will start around 6pm. I need to know who is planning or or would like to attend by tomorrow morning.
  2. Sorry guys, all that rain made the river go wild. I have been on the river since Monday, guiding. Today and tomorrow I am working triple shifts. It is like a a week of 2' powder days with fresh tracks on every run... So it looks like the 3rd will probably be the best day. I will post again tommorrow for the final OK.
  3. Sorry, the July 2nd jam date will have to be moved to the 3rd or 4th. Due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. If you are interested please let me know which date works better for you.
  4. Thanks... yes, if you are intested in attending please pm or email me first.
  5. Yeah, and pads if you have them.... bones can be and have been broken. I will email it to your hotmail account. Right now we are finding that PLEDGE works the best. Right now it looks like probably every other Sunday until the fall.
  6. The 1260 park is on my property near Blue Mountain Ski Area. There should be some pics from last season on here under my name. I have not had the time to get any of the newer stuff edited.
  7. We just finished up our second jam of the summer yesterday. Things are sliding nice! The next jam will be on 7/2/6 around 5pm. There will be food, music, and fireworks (weather permitting). Donations of a few dollars will help keep things going and allow us to add another rail. If you have any questions you can contact me here or on NS. The current setup is 2 90' runs with a 16' adjustable double barrel rail and a 20' flat-down box. Also, if you have not filled out a liability form you will need to do so beforehand... anyone under 18 needs a parents signature as well.
  8. That is a pretty clueless statement...
  9. The T1 is an AWESOME board! One of the best twins out there. I have the 2006, shich is much improved over the 2005.
  10. We run a few hours each time we session the back yard, so yes it does count as a day on skis. Not much for vertical though.
  11. I went over 100 weeks ago, so did Jake... we have been skiing since July.
  12. Keith is also a nationally certified ski and snowboard instructor with an in depth knowledge of regional, national, and international competitions. If you have any questions about snowboarding or the terrain park at Blue, he is the man to ask! So here is my question to you... are we ever going to bring our C rail back out? You know, the one that was down where the stairs are now.
  13. Well, that date could change. Although we are expecting some really warm days this week. If the snow is still there and the crowds keep coming, the date may be extended to the next weekend.
  14. Right now the tentative closing date is 3/19. However we may keep the park open until it melts, or until BC closes theirs...
  15. The Rail Jam last night went great as an event. There were some complaints about the length of the whole thing, which will be addressed for the next one. Overall though I think everyone had a really good time, and there were a lot of spectators. Thanks to ja8kman for the sound system and music and the park crue for setting things up. Congratulations to all the PASR boarders and skiers who made it into the finals, as well as to all of you who won prizes just for showing up. The slopestyle today went even better! Once again there were no serious injuries and most people had a good time. Props to the park crew for setting up a pretty nice event. I was very impressed with some of the competitors who were really stepping it up. Congrats again to the PASR boarders and skiers who placed.
  16. If you buy the Blue pass before mid June, it is like $380. they are actually hit more often than you think, with spins too...
  17. Ok, so now that it is installed it looks a little smaller. I was watching some people attempting it tonight... but only the boarders were making the whole ride. I really like the layout of the bottom park now, it flows much better.
  18. It is more like a rainbow box that you cut in hallf, halfway up the second roller.
  19. Last weekend for Freeriders is this weekend. Come on out and join up for the day, or just stop in and say hi! We have been getting a lof of daily sessioners this month, and everyone is having a good time. Remember that we are happy and qualified to teach to any level of freerider. Everyone in the group is very supportive of newcomers and enjoy seeing the experts thow down bigtime. Since it is the last weekend we will be filming both days and we will have some guest skiers along too. If you have any questions please let me know.
  20. HUGE new feature going in, maybe tonight. Some people are calling it an inverted rainbow, but I am calling it half a roller coaster. It is like 50' long and 10-15' high. It is a box, so it is about 12" wide. They also changed around the lower park, more of a slopestyle setup. They added a table and turned the mailbox lengthwise, all of the features are now inline. Look for more additions between now and the rail jam.
  21. It is outdoor carpet, it mostly come in green. We got it from a wholeseller in GA. The name they gave it was Sand Fill. I have samples from a few different manufacturers. I also looked at some stuff up at Lake Placid from NZ, but I have not seen the SnowFlex up close yet. I think so far I like the AstroRide the best, but it is also the most expensive.
  22. Rail jam at my place tonight. The 16' rail is at Blue, but we will have the 20' flat-down box setup. Contact me if you want to stop over.
  23. what what, you got to be maaad steeeezy to beat the darksiderz, what what... what what?
