  1. I don't have a digital camera but my friend down the hall does. I'll try to snap a few pics with his. It is really amazing here. It just hasn't stopped. We've got at least an inch in the grass and the sidewalks and roads are covered. I'm in the HUB now and I'm looking out a window at an evergreen tree with just the right amount of snow on it. It really does look like January here.

  2. Intawest has the money for it all as well, they own mammoth, whister, stratton, mt tremblant, just to name a few, they have gobbs of money and its paying off, minus those crazy crowds.

Speaking of Tremblant, anyone know how it is? The PSU snowboard club is running a trip there in January. Is it worth 5 days of my life and a little over $400?

  3. This whole thing is pretty crazy. First of all why would you be pissed about people not being loyal to Hunter from PAskiandride.com. Secondly can't we all just chill. There is not a bad skier or rider on this board, I really don't think any daytrippers would be willing to spend all summer here talking about this stuff. This place usually has some great info and conversations that help us to enjoy our sport more and more. This thread is simply an argument for no reason that I can see.

  4. Night riding is its own element. At night when I ride with a bunch of my friends everything is totally different. Fewer ski patrol, fewer people, no lines. Jumps will have been bulit by that time and ski patrol doesn't care by that time. It doesn't get much better. True its a little colder, but with a few extra layers I've never had a terrible problem that brought me inside.

  5. Its not really a huge deal. I was there last year. Its pretty much just a roped off area in the middle of the mall where they have a some skis, boards, and bindings. The selection is pretty limited though. If i remember correctly they do have a decent amount of videos though.

  6. my mom did it to mine, rinse it out a bunch of times after you put the clorox in it though

don't put stright clorox in it, it's like a 1/20 ratio

Oh, I always thought it was 20/1.

  7. I hope nothing happens to Montage. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard that a fire a number of years ago at Montage set them back. Apparantly a fire in the garages burned a lot of snowmaking equipment, groomers and their pipe grinder. Which is why there is no halfpipe there today. Correct me if I'm wrong please, this is just what I've heard in the past.

  8. I will take liberties and announce that we are also contemplating including them with the purchase of PASR Hoodies/shirts.
