I see that JFBB is doing the same thing with $20 tickets for the rest of the year. But even better than that is that on the 20th they are giving
!!FREE!! tickets. I know i'll be there!!!

I'm probobly going to be up at elk on thursday. I love it up there on weekdays when you have the place to yourself.

I remember my first diamond - Challenge at Montage (I'm 99 percent sure it was challenge). Anyway I was 12 and I got so scared ( mostly because if the moguls) that I faked a leg injury so the ski patrol would get me the heck off of it! That was a long time ago.

It was either Challenge at Blue, or one of the diamonds at Montage. (I'm going to take a stab at it and say it was Cannonball)

I got a different lens put in them when I got them. It looks kinda like yours but is a little more transparent. It cuts down on glare during the day, and works just as well at night.

Before I got contacts the only problem I had with my glasses was that they fogged up a lot. Btw Jeff, I have the same goggles as you, and I love them.

I was up there last night. Lightning was about as gnarly as it gets. The moguls were absolutely HUGE!! They had big ones on smoke and boomer too. Smoke had them from the top of the 2nd headwall all the way to the middle of the runout section.

Duct tape the whole thing.
That should work. Duct tape fixes everything. I even know a kid who duct taped his entire car, and made a pair of shoes out of the magical stuff.

BC has a course? Where is it? That might be a good idea to go up there and practice a little bit before the race.

I'm seeing that Blue is having a boarder/skiercross event on March 5. Anyone here thinking about going up and doing it? I think it would be something fun to do, so i might just have to head up.

I'd like to go. It kinda depends on my basketball schedule though. We're playing for the district title friday (8 at Kings College if anyone wants to go).

I'd tell you to montage, but then lots of people might go and I would have to actually stand in line for a lift.

Spring riding has its ups and its downs. I hate how the season is coming to an end, but you can't beat riding in much lighter clothes (and on occasion something extremely funny).

Very cool ski. I hope they respond. You can't beat a good discounted ticket. They are doing tons of promos this year too so who knows. Also, even if we don't get this, why not try to go as a group. I'm sure if we had something well organized and there were reduced tickets we'd definately get the 15+ people needed.

All this talk about races. It would never happen. You guys picked one of the tiny windows in the year that Lightning is flat. You generally have to compte with edge to edge moguls. Btw the ultimate picture of Lighning would have to be at night with the huge bumps and shadows all over it.

I wish I could go to Vermont. But that would mean i'd have to pay, which means I would have to work, which means I would have to get a job. I don't like where this is going.
