AtomicSkier Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 It was snowing pretty heavily on my way up to blue to meet Greg. But my first run or so the snow was really nice, then the snow turned to ice, then eventaully rain around 5 or so, but there was still, untouched, and i mean perfectly flat, powder on a whole trail, as greg and i loved the freshies.
skigurl Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 we are getting more ice....I can't wait, it's my favorite thing, I?ll start filling the bathtub up with water now....<note the sarcasm
skimom Posted January 12, 2005 Author Report Posted January 12, 2005 More Ice? I was hoping this update was to tell us about the additional inches of snow. It's been all rain down here - stopped just long enough to exercise a couple of the horses. Now it's pouring again.

Ski Posted January 12, 2005 Report Posted January 12, 2005 We just got back from last runs at Montage. A pretty steady rain, then a snow squall, then sleet. We thought we'd be the only people there, but the lot was 1/2 full.
