Did Industry passes go up?

Heard the passes for industry (shop employees) went up to $10 this year -- i was pretty sure they were $5 last year but our shop wasn't a dealer for their passes so we didnt qualify. If so, I am just gonna go get a pass from the link here which is seemingly still working. let me know if anybody knows or has heard..
