From my observations over the last 5 years, BB and JF have become less crowded and CB and Blue seem to be busier. The whole lake Harmony area has become less busy over the last 10 years. If they want to spend a weeks vacation at their condo they have to drive over to JF to go skiing, and how are they going to rent out their condo if there is no skiing in the area?
