Shadows Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 trampoline probably, but really long tumble tracks are so much fun.
soccer911 Posted January 16, 2007 Author Report Posted January 16, 2007 oh yeah. and could u explain why it helps mroe? thx
Shadows Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 aerial awareness with little risk factor. builds confidence.
CaptDave Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 Aren't you the kid who bought 1980 skis for $5 bucks to be your freestyle setup and then build a PVC rail to practice? Hows that working out for you?
toast21602 Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 hahahaahaha i forgot about him doing that. hahaha
meggles Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 ahahahhaha ^word and uh what the hell is tumbling
Shadows Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 really long skinny trampoline, you jump forward instead of just up. backhandspring after backhandsrping after backhandspring...its so much fun
toast21602 Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 fun, but doesnt do much of anything for skiing...

toast21602 Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 does moravian have one? does moravian have one? no sir. toast, hows mt mikovits doing this year? do they blow snow? considering the temps were 50+ when i was home for break and it didnt snow... everything is still set up the way it was from last year, without snow. Blue is pretty sick though. haha.

CaptDave Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 actualy the 1980 skis r pretty good. xcept the bindings broke and i have a lot of bobos Well, several folks here on the board tried to give you some warning that this was not the best of approachs. Can you post a photo of the PVC rail?
sirfrancisbacon9 Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 since its the east coast, i recommend you just go for it, no trampolines or tumbling, yea u can get the feeling for the trick but thats it, wont help you do it over anything thing your scared of doing now. water ramps in lake placid over the summer are tons of fun, those are prob the most helpful since you actually get some decent height.
i ride gnu Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 im with sirfrancis on this one, i tryed the tramp over the summer and it didnt help much. but then again i snowboard. its totally different once you have all of your equipment on theres much more rotational weight so its harder to gain momentum commit, throw down, stick it, and snag some snowbunny digits
