VTmark Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 Hear are my results from the nastar nationals. Me and mike are about the same hight and weight. and we were both using simluar boards. We also spent a good amount of time free riding together and we are every close to equal in skill and ablilatly to read the snow, if anything he was slightly better at free riding. The biggest diffrence was I was using Dr.D's cheep stuff and he was using the High end podium wax. The differance was EXTREAMLY noticable. Befor each run i would rub on some of Dr. D's stuff for that temp. corqe it in then just a telflon overlay also form Dr.D and corqed that in. and i shapened/ deburred my edges befor each run to. sibhusky Posted March 29, 2007 Report Share Posted March 29, 2007 I am testing the universal hydro from Dr. D. this week and so far have had tons of conditions to work with: Frozen rock hard razor sharp grooming corduroy, slush, dry powder, nice frozen granular/corn, some freshies in the trees, and of course, plenty of late afternoon hero snow.
