  1. Current view from the balcony. Watching the lucky skiers below.
  2. I always get the window seat, only got stuck in the aisle seat one time from Dallas to Bozeman when the ticket agent seated me next to the bathroom. "Oh I have the PERFECT seat for you" she said when I demanded a not middle seat.
  3. @GrilledSteezeSandwich Reading a book in the condo, maybe this was your great great grandfather. Though slightly different spelling of the surname Steeze.
  4. I'll give them another shot when they're softened up. Bumps are sooooo much more enjoyable out west.
  5. I'm considering another ski trip, at least a day trip to New York or something. Wherever there is Perder. I had fun skiing because I did more challenging runs this time. I kinda get bored just skiing groomers all the time and somewhat lose interest in skiing, though I intend to ski for the rest of my life until I can't.
  6. Oh geeze I think 1 pm or something. That's probably something I should know. I fly from Hayden to Denver, then Denver to Nork. Should get to Nork around 9:30. I'm ecstatic about the flight from Hayden to Denver. Clear skies, stunning views of the Rockies, and dont have to sit next to anyone since it's an Embraier. Life will be grate!!
  7. How are the Blue Baumer glades? Asking for a friend @Ski2Live Live2Ski
  8. That's nice, Doug.
  9. @JFskiDan This is great!
  10. Some sick shots from today.
  11. Szechuan chicken and white rice, a beef stick and Blue Powerade. Now I'm tearing up the moguled diamonds off Pony Express. This week has by far been the most fun I've ever had skiing. Why must it end in 2 hours!!!!????
  12. Sunday. So freaking excited to ski Blue again!!
  13. Just did a blue/black mogul run called Northerner or something. Did pretty well. Got it on my GoPro. Maybe I can ski after all @indiggio🤣
  14. Thanks Toast. I still flail around in ungroomed terrain but am trying to get better. It's tough to advance when I only get to practice it a few times a year.
  15. I was just showing off my awesome pole planting skills. I don't understand how to carve and maybe never will. Do I lean over more in the turns? TFTI
  16. The most dangerous part of this trip is brain damage from constantly smashing our heads on the stupid ceiling rafters and spiral staircase in this place. I need to wear my helmet indoors.
  17. Yep, that's me, I'm not a Jerry anymore. Thanks! Couldn't see any stars but the springs were ridiculously relaxing.
  18. The hot springs were amazing. No pics because you can't see much at all there. It was a weird experience talking to people in the springs but having no clue what they look like. The walk in the cold from the hot springs to the changing room sucked big time.
  19. Just got back from the T-Bar. It's a 10 minute walk from the condo. It's essentially a bro hive. The bartender and bro next to me thought I was under 21 despite the rad goatee just because I got a Coke instead of alcohol. At least they didn't call me McMuffin like the jabronis at Gondas in the early 2010s when I ordered a 4 pack. But they were bros because they bought everyone at the bar shotskis. I did a shot of whatever and it tasted like grandpa's cough medicine. Yuck. I'll stick to Coke products. J.A.D.I.P.
  20. Holy cow the gondola has free wifi! And I just had 2 delicious powdered donuts. They offered me hot cocoa but I'm still skiing. Will probably get dinner at the T Bar before heading to the springz.
  21. I had Mongonian beef with white rice, 2 pretzels with hot cheddar cheese, and a purple powerade. Very low price of $28 total. The Walts are going to the taco truck. I plan to ski the next 4 hours in a row. We got some rad GoPro footage. Going to the hot springs tonight YOLO
  22. Correct. Now he looks like ski patrol
  23. Damn, what a phenomenal morning. The groomers are all perfect 10s. Also played in some left over Perder in the trees. Now hoping to rendezvous with the Walts at the Rendezvous Lodge.
  24. Yeah there's a really mildly pitched cat track down to the Gondoobie. It's nice to boot up and ski right off the bat, just like my days of skiing from the upper lodge at True Blue.
  25. Thanks!! Correct. I don't know if it's really a back bowl, I just like writing back bowl since it makes me sound pro.
