once u get to the point where u really don't give a shit u don't have any fears... maybe it's more cause of the fact that I know u can't get anywhere without risks. if I do a rail and bust my arm or mess up a knee... oh well. it'll heal (well most injuries heal not all do heh). the whole i don't give a shit personality though might be for the fact that I don't really have anyone telling me not to either (no gf and parents never ski/board) ha. oh well. btw is it really a 30ft gap at blue? the first hit that is... someone get me a pic.. i wanna see this junk. people tend to exagerate cause really when u look at it 30ft of air is a lot. most u get at cb is like 10 or with the old table top/step down was maybe 20ft. 30ft is a lot. i still got this poster on my wall of kurt wastell doing a 110 ft gap. fukin sick/insane. hit it going 66mph (pulled by snowmobile)

btw the C-rail isn't that difficult.. I personally prefer boardslide on it but with enough speed it basically will curve you around it without and effort on your part.... i think 50-50 would be a lot harder... last time I was there I saw some lil kids killing it only cause someone who worked there (boarder) was eggin em on and I guess gave em the confidence to try it. KILLED it....

i actually despise ride on rail by far more to other ones unless they are well maintained... I about busted my face on a flat rail recently cause the front lip got exposed at night and I couldn't see it and it flipped me forward and my face only missed cause I caught myself BARELY....

yeah i know blue has a good park. just wondering if CB had something that'd actually be worth going on. I'm definetely gonna hit the 30ft gap and attack the park. balls to the wall baby....

spring break is in 2 weeks for me... how's CB? if it's crap ill goto blue instead. not worth the extra 45 min drive it the conditions are shit. also it's like 5-10 dollars more there.

ur scared of double black diamonds skigurl? wow... i think i did that trail my second year boarding (1st year I only went like 3 times to blue mtn).. my bud and I used to race down it, basically straight lining it down the whole thing till the ski patrol got mad at us. now a days I'd prob drop it switch...

ye atomic they had some sick stuff when I was there last, but it was a lil icy and the upper jump is always my fav thing... some of those new rails are crazy o_O

I was actually lookin at a pair of northwave boots. one of the higher end boots. cost me 155 on sale. normally 210+. I forget the name. I'd buy em but I'm concerned they're a lil too tight and haven't tried other boots yet. I might swing by them tomorrow and try them on with my boarding socks on and see how they fit. The guy said he has some like the ones I was lookin at and said they absolutely own. Super comfy, real warm, and durable.

they could just radio down to the ski patrol at the base but we'll have to all meet at blue, my home mt! never ever seen them do that besides... how many people do u think there are who wear a tanish jacket and black pants snowboarding....

they blow the whistles at us all the time. heck I was riding switch and I was still going way too fast for them. buddy didn't even here them cause he had headphones on. he just kept going. only prob is... they can't stop what they can't catch

when u say appropriate gaps how big do you mean? 5ft doesn't count... I wanna see 10ft + then I'll be happy, how bout some gaps to the boxes too? set that up before I come back in march...

ha, it's tough to get kicked outta blue. my buddy hit this stopped skier on a turn on lazy mile (the guy stopped dead in the middle of a turn and my friend had nowhere to go and no time to stop) and hit him going about full speed and there were like 5 rangers right there. was absolutely hilarious to see. rangers briefly asked if they were alright while trying to hide the laughter. I figured he woulda been kicked out.... guess not... you gotta do the stupid stuff on the "slow" trails to get kicked outta there...

i took ibuprofen and some spare percaset that I had after getting my wisdom teeth pulled after getting home this past time boarding... I was barely able to move... thank god for the wonderful meds out there...
