Thank god that they're at least thinking of/ maybe considering them. pps are a very delicate subject.

hey-i just found out how to say it the right way
-
bring the polaroid and please do share.

I've got more important things to save my money for, as does dan. Formica works fine, we tried it at skier1260's yard park. Why go through all that trouble of ordering and shipping and waiting? I was just posting that for ideas, not what we were gonna actually use.

I use a plastic welder, but it's pretty much the same w/ a base repair iron. You melt the material into the gouge, with more than you need. Then you heat it up again, and press it in with a scraper. Then you heat it again, to make sure it will fuse to surrounding material, press again. Then you remove excess material and finish the job.
-
It's about an inch wide, by 12" long by 1/32". Just plastic strips really.

What do you guys think about pvc as a topsheet? Found some here.

One step at a time dougie. Is this a guess, or an optimistic view, or insider info. PM if you don't want to tell everyone.

Ribbon is kinda a bitch to work with. I like string the best, even though it's slightly weaker....

For serious, it's time to start sending in more park pass propositions. If we get enough people to send these in, they'll take us seriously. Tell all your friends to send them in. And be sure to be nice about it. Don't just say "hey, give us park passes", try to explain it, how it would work , why they need them, and of course- point out that they could make money off of them.

yeah, that's exactly what i thought.. HAHAHA that's sad.. does anyone find humor in this? www.myspace.com/bluemt or this http://www.myspace.com/bluemountain

Skis , bindings and goggles are taken. Everything else is still available. Let me know if you're interested.

I thought the same, but after thinking, i think they could get a good deal of it done before the season. They build shit like crazy these days.
-
And don't sintered bases get harder with each wax?
-
That's up to the builder, but since you're gonna be an ass about it. That box (both) were built to these specs: 2 feet wide by 2.5 feet tall by 25 feet long. 2x4 framing, with studs spaced 11 inches on center, or 8 inches apart. there.
-
....and here is some unfinished framing. (just didn't feel like finishing it) This will make one strong box...
-
If you mean the ones that go into the inserts of the board, then no. BUT- i may have some old ones that will work. The one strap (which i replaced with a non-matching one) is missing the bolt, but i used a regular machine screw & nut to fasten it.
-
As promised... Now for framing...
-
ooh ooh, let me let me. I'll draw a basic box in sketchup
-
360 skate spot was in philly, was it not? Westgate mall is in Bethlehem
-
Thanks for the sketchup link. I've heard of it over at rampplans.org, but never tried it. Awesome, easy-to-use and powerful software.
-
They don't like skiers. but no, amateur doesn't sell skis anyway... And one in westgate mall.

For Sale: 1. I have a pair of some old snowboard bindings. very low quality. Maybe if you know someone who needs some for a first board, quick fix, w/e. AXIS, size M (i used them with 9.5s) They have a ghetto toe strp replacement and need mounting hardware. Have the discs. Make an offer (though i doubt anyone wants them) 2. Set of REMO rototoms. I got them the last year they were made. 8" 10" 12" set with stand and 33" track. I did break the 10", so that is included AS IS (though i did weld it, i am not sure how it will hold up) Make an offer 3. 6" Zildjian ZIL-BEL. Not used much, but i've had it for about 3 years. Has typical logo wear, but it should clean up real nice. Bought for $90, but they're now going for $80 at music123. Make an offer 4. Tyrolla SL100 ski bindings. Bought used, but don't appear to have much wear. PM for more details- i don't know what else you would need..EDIT- more info But they're black 5. Set of K2 skis, size 168? Not sure on details, PM for more info. 6. 1 set of random scott goggles. Never used, just catching dust in the basement. 5 bucks? Just trying to make room and a little money for next season. Pictures available on request.

I stand by my drakes. Holding up for 2 years +. Mine are from two seasons ago, so manufacturing could be going downhill... Mine are solid. I have larges (when i should have got XLs), but honestly, they hold my sz 12 fine. They're maxed out, but work fine. My one lower toe strap ratchet did break. I called up drake and they sent out the part no questions asked, free of charge. I asked them if they could throw in new discs and hardware, and no questions asked, they threw them in. Yeah, and they even knew that my bindings were out of warranty. Great customer service- drake stands by their shit.
