It may have seemed like 40 minutes but I will concur, we started splitting up becasue the waits were getting over 15 minutes. Singles line baby!! You will be happy with Bear. The last trail is a boarder cross trail.. Blue has boardercrosss comps. BC's park is really notching it up again this year. Stop on out this weekend. the Park managers will be there, you probably can get some sneak peaks of thier new stuff. BTW the BC Park Mgr is a member here on PASR.

we can talk more when the season gets here. For all the Delaware people here on Tues and wed nights we leave bout 3:30 to get on the slopes 5-5:30ish - home by 11. There freestyle competitions every other thursday night starting in January. Ridge races Nastar, Nipples sessions the park. Donating members get a PASR card that allows tickets for $15 on Wednesdays - We are getting an off peak season pass this weekend.

Everyone should bring a pumpkin with PASR carved in it..... I know BC would appreciate us showing some fall colors. who knows if you email mary at Bear creek you might even win a season pass!! We are bringing one. BTW - There will be serious scrutiny on my part for use of my grass skis. Please bring your own boots. No offense to anyone. It is difficult to learn and do and there are no brakes. I would rather not have any issues with anyone getting too scraped up. PM me or Thinksnow or Skidude for more info.

Make a video of some crazy stuff while you are at camp and the next thing you know!!!! OR just make a video showing personality and some skills with some stats on how often you are on the slope and the manufacturers will hook you up.

Zonked you can carpool if your rents are OK for weekday BC runs. We are 4 minutes due west of Longwood. Question for all the DE people.. Anyone got any contacts inside the UD? We need to get the word out to them that we exist... I'll get some stickers down to the Ski Bum Newark store. We should be able to get a huge group outa that college this season.

Where do you live Phil? We are in Kennett Square. I know you don't do the PA thing but if you want to get some runs in on an open weekend let me know. We can zip up 476 together. We also ski alot on week nights at Bear

For whoever is coming out this weekend to Bear Creek. Ask to see their tuning shop. Brand new state of the art grinder. Digitally it can select a dozen or more patterns. The whole pattern thing is too technical for me and I think it applies more to west coast suction issues.. But I thought it was interesting and unique enough for our area to mention.

WOW!!! 500' x 80' built to FIS regulations in the place where the Nastar course was. 340k in improvements for the pipe and the Zaugg. I read an interesting article about the ROI of pipes in the SAM magazine. Props to your mountain Sib for staying up with trend! Wish we were there.

I had a very nice conversation with the new marketing guy. His work is cut out for him in just learning the mountain and getting things up to speed. His background at Bristol is perfect for helping bring CB into this millenium. It'll take some time and organized campaigns. Expect lots of good things for 06/07

He has been practicing/training for his urban rail skills with his heelies. They are pretty cool, the shoes have a plastic concave area at the arch. he 270's on and off and is working on switch ups.. Poaching urban singles 3' above concrete in the middle of the night may be a little outa his league though.. It's up to him. keep me posted!! Timing is everything.

I wish I could remember names better but the guy at CB's shop has always done a great job on my stuff. Bear has the best equipment though, A fellow named Andy did ridges race tunes and he seemed really happy.. I do our regular everyday waxing.
