Dan and I have made it through the most hectic part of our journey, we're sitting in Phoenix waiting for our connection to SLC in about an hour and some change. Phillycore ease up on the PBRs. You need to pick us up in a few my friend. Can't wait to ski some powder at snowbird tomorrow.

Drove past it a few times on the way to the Grand Canyon. Looks cool. They have bowl up top that looks sweet but the place in general is not very big. I've read that the snow isn't the greatest although I think they finally got snowmaking for this season. Edit - I get it. You're kidding. right.

I just back from a night session from BB. Got there around 7:30 - kinda just went on a whim and made 11 runs until close. You would never know that we only got about 2 inches of natural snow so far this season because they have so much and it's everywhere. Quality was really good tonight too - lots of packed powder / chalky snow, no ice or hardpack to be found. There was some sleet mixed in with snow falling fom the sky. I forgot how much sleet hurts when it hits you in the face.

Why do they wait to open sidewinder? It's one of Blue's best trails.

Fun day. Best of the season so far for me. Good to ski with the crew. The force was with Vader, Happyland made me very happy and the Vader glade was prime. Lots of chalky man made powder everywhere. Risk it is near completion. Floyds was getting blitzed with man made goodness. Phillycore issued a challenge to see if at least 10 turns could be made on the elevator. I managed 12 although some would say that my methods were shady.
