Haha I wouldn’t say once in a lifetime lol..haileys comet was in 86 I believe so you missed that…next one is in 2061 and despite you being a smoker, you probably have a better chance of making it than me since I’m 9 years older.

I could have skied this AM but didn’t cause I figured it would be bad and still have an afterglow from Tuesdays corn harvest but WTGAi to the most dedicated PASR in history.

In ain’t easy being steezy, but I somehow someway, keep coming up with funky ass shit like every single day.

I actually brought a cooler with ice packs and put some snow from the base into a jar. Gonna keep it in my freezer the way married couples keep a piece of their wedding cake to commemorate the momentous occasion.

  2. Rode from 9-1 today.  Least crowded day of the year, worst conditions of the year, and windiest day of the year.  A very fun time though.  Snowmaking cannons were blasting on a bunch of trails.  Definitely cool to experience the once in a lifetime opportunity of riding on February 29th.  It was like the hailie’s comet of ski days

Did you know that little round top is located near round top mountain in nearby Gettysburg…on the battlefield actually. the confederate army attempted to storm little round top to get the coveted higher ground. It didn’t pan out and the confederate army was pushed back. Had that happened there’s a good chance the south wins the battle, storms Washington and wins the war. Picketts charge happened near little round top on day 3. That effectively ended the battle and was the turning point of the war. Gettysburg is an amazing yet somber place. The country as we know it would perhaps not be had it not been for the events that occurred there. Probably best that I stop now as I can go on and on about the civil war.

As a kid I took yearly trips there with my dad. Definitely a fascinating place.  I thought the observation tower was awesome but most people hated it and were happy to see it demolished

Shouldn't seniors pay more since they have more money than us young folk?

Not to mention they get social security which will be long gone by the time we reach that age

Way to get after it. I haven’t been in Manhattan since like 2010 and gonna go with my friend one of these days. When I used to go I’d park in Chinatown. Think about all the hours we spend outside during the winter compared to most it’s healthy AF even if we’re eating tubuler meat and drinking beer. It’s well earned.

You got about 3 months to get there before congestion pricing starts.  Will cost ya like $80 to drive into Manhattan

  7. To avoid situations like that, blue needs to close the entrance to the main lot when they begin using the auxiliary lot across the street.  Wait til like 25 morning people leave then reopen the main lot.  Half the people arriving at noon go to the main lot instead of the auxiliary lot and just circle endlessly, causing traffic issues

while the almost fight was between a 7:30am arrival and a noon arrival, there shouldn’t be noon arrivals circling the main lot to begin with

Really good today, these days are rare at Blue. Thanks enjo for the sneks.

I so badly wish one of you fuckers would have seen me eat it on chute.

Was your one ski way up near the top and someone bring it down for you?  Cause I think I saw that.

first run down razor’s was magical. Rode from 8-11:30, lines weren’t too bad.  Since I had a little Caesar’s gift card, went to the one on Allen street afterwards.  Only my 4th time ever in Allentown city limits
