  4. Well I was just going to get a sasquatch card to Bear Creek not a season pass i'll have to think about it. Thanks for the imput.
  5. Yeah I was just wondering because I have only been there to do nastar and have not really skied the entire mountain before. I'm usually there on a Tuesday or Wednesday night when they do nastar but last year I never got a chance to do nastar. Perhaps I will just go to blue and use my pass.

    Bear Creek

Has anyone ever really skied bear creek. I know 'dude has but he hasn't been around in awhile. I've only been there to do nastar but I never really skied the mountain before. I was wondering how it is because I was thinking about getting a sasquatch card incase I decide to do nastar again or if I decide blue is going to be too crowded on a certain day to go use my pass there.

    Ski Weight

what type atomics? because my gs:9's are helluva lot lighter then my friends 1080s <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lol for a minute I had to figure out what you meant by atomics I actually ment my pair of volkls (p60)
  11. haha make sure that the pace setter knows what he is doing and that he is not favoring his girlfriend like the one night I was there. That race was rigged

    Ski Weight

I've skied on both types of skis. In my opinion, a heavier ski plows through slop and poor conditions better than a light ski does. Also a heavier ski handles speed better than a light ski. I can tell a difference when I switch from my atomics to my light skis (k2 escape 4500) When you go down a diamond a heavier ski absorbs the ski better than a light ski does. When I go down a diamond with my k2's they chatter and don't absorb the speed as well as the heavier ski does. The only thing with heavier skis is they are harder to turn then lighter skis are if you had any operations on your knee you may want to consider a lighter ski. Most womens skis are lighter than other models.

I don't see why water pressure at your home would be an issue all you really need is about 40 psi of water and around 40-60 psi of air.

Perhaps if you could find a hose to fit your faucet but I don't know I never had this problem...you could go to a pool store like a namco and buy a pool water pump. You could relay water into a bucket and plug in the pump you attach a garden hose to the pump and pump the water into the gun but I have never tried this. This summer I made a pond in our treeline to run my homemade pump and it should pump out close to 4 gpm of water.
  17. Did you ever notice they almost never miss a day of daily pics for camelbeach but they skip for days on camelbacks daily pics.

You can use a regular outdoor hose but I wouldn't reccomend hooking it up to a spiket outside. I hook up my water line in my garage because we have a water spiket there and the garage is heated. My dad had told me not to use the outside spiket because it may burst the pipes. If you do get a freeze up in either your air or water line DON'T apply extreme heat from like a propane tourch or you may cause the hose to burst and believe me it isn't a pretty sight because it happened to my uncle at blue when he was making snow and now he has a scar on his face and he also lost his eyebrows that night. Instead just allow the hose to thaw out thats all you can do or fill a bathtub with warm water and but the hose in and allow it to thraw.
