    Crash Pads

its very rare for a healthy bone to break in the exact same location that it has before and is more likely to break directly on either side of the break because of the strength that the repaired area has. you can break the same bone 20 times, but it doesnt mean that it will be in the same place all 20 times. also, it depends on the type of fracture to the bone and obviously if there are any underlying conditions that would debilitate the strength of the bone. but anyway, who cares if you break a bone? just man up and bite your lip until the pain goes away. crash pads and broken bones are for girls, people who arent confident, and people scared of bruises.

its true. you break a bone and it is going to be stronger where you broke it than the rest of the bone. so keep your horse shit to a minimum.

    Crash Pads

this keeps getting better and better...
  5. i guess it comes down to if you can handle pain well or not... if you can then you should just duct tape your feet and ankles to the board... if you cant handle it too well you should probably get some bindings...if you can man up and bite your lip for the rest of the day from the broken ankles you might get from landing awkwardly, you dont need them......also if you like to ski drunk i suggest them haha...or if your a girl you mite want them

    Questions

i was talking to both justo and kevin who work at Nestor's about my boots. this will be my 3rd season on them and i dont want to get rid of them because i like them so much, and they said that you can get inserts for them so they fit snug again. so thats the route that i'm taking with my boots that packed out. when it comes to the edge ripping out of the board... i wouldnt even want to fix that and i would just buy a new board, but i dont know much about that...
  10. i actually haven't heard much good about them... i feel as though if they were really that beneficial to have, then every company would be making something like it.
  11. wish i could come to hit that box. it looks ripe. unfortunately, god hates me and i have to work a 7-7. have fun out there, though. oh, and get some video or pictures and post it up!

thats stupid. you can be confident as hell and still wear them to learn new stuff. a lot of the best skiers and riders around wear them and they are more than confident in themselves. crash pads aren't just for "going big", they can also be used for learning new things, and if you think that nothing in PA requires crash pads, then you haven't left your front door. this is the ice coast. wearing crash pads is like a safety. the same reason we wear seatbelts in cars, put on a helmet when we hit the road or trails on a bike or the slopes on skis, or slip on a rubber before fucking a chick. its a safety.
