  1. you just realized that? pro equals 27 inch duck.
  2. im saying that a centered sidecut and symmetrical flex pattern and shape are just as if not more important as a centered stance position. centered stance on a setback sidecut with directional flex and shape is going to be poor. make sure its a true twin designed with a centered stance. dechambering is greatly inhibited when exerting force closer to the tips, fact.
  3. dont just avoid setback. look for a true twin.

    Need some advice

ample speed is so important and needs to be stressed. its an unnatural adjustment, but you need to lean back a smidge also. looking at the end of the rail, visualization of success, confidence, practice, and the fire in the belly to triumph all help.
  6. im sure we all crossed paths tonight. nick hasnt shouted a rousing "skitzo!" to me in some weeks. im deeply disappointed.
  7. im a believer in that superbly set smooth first jump now. the upper mountain fog was impressive. the features werent visible from the lift, and the park was wisely closed.
  8. he intends freestyle skier to mean one that utilizes freestyle skis. i hope you are alright. a pole is a small price to pay.
  9. im disappointed by both sides.
  10. post the video. send it privately if its not for public consumption.
  11. i ended up not going today, but tomorrow is another opportunity. even friday, wind was an intermittently a problem, but were far better off than we were a month ago.
  12. highball opened with minimal grooming. blind fields of death cookies were very poorly marked and let to many crashes.
  13. forget sno waffles. waffle house rules all.
  14. i think 20 feet is a generous estimation of that jump. despite its small scale, it feels very nice. almost everyone rolled the lip and/or came up short, but as long as you dropped from 500 feet up, the design was excellent. i enjoyed the picnic tables, but the rainbow box set up puzzled me. lightening did not disappoint with firm packed and no ice. the early season low base and minimal transition to flat makes lightening a couple feet longer with an extra kick at the bottom. i may head out later today because todays conditions will be fantastic.
  15. any news for friday? i will be about.
  16. remember our last powder run on whistler? that is likely my best montage memory. im out of town, but i might come on monday. when you see me in my green pants, throw your hands in the air.

  18. the 24th? thats horrifically cynical.
  19. jack frost and big boulder would be the best due to proximity. go to jack frost in the morning and big boulder in the evening to maximize.
