They don't give it out for free but you can demo a bunch of 07/08 stuff at High Cascade for the whole session if you want. Some campers don't even bring any of their own gear and just opt to demo all session.

Because ski companies are willing to rerout money from JR to WC racers. There is absolutely no problem provided the ski companies sack up and tell WC racers that they're not going to sacrafice junior racer resources for their payroll. Another instance of Ski putting words in my mouth. Never did I say Bode is good for the sport. The facts say that ski companies value WC racers over junior racers because they're more profitable. There's plenty of other situations where ski companes could route money to junior racers but they, just like you, only care about the bottom line. It's a real easy excuse as to why junior racing support is cut. Blame it on Bode! I still love capitalism.

If you read my post I actually said that the situation sucked, but I guess you skipped over that part. Maybe you should try explaining that to Head, considering you're so much more informed about the subject. I could care less about what Bode does for the sport, I simply pointed out that you calling him an ass for making money is ridiculous. It's not like Bode has the daughter of the Head CEO is his basement and is demanding more money or else, Head agreed to his contract voluntarily. Nobody is forcing them to pay Bode the amount they do, and I'm sure there would be plenty of other ski companies willing to pay if Head wasn't willing. If you want to blame someone for the lack of sponsorship in junior racing blame Head.

For the record I've never said anything about any of your edits. I also don't post edits all the time because, oh, I don't know, I'm not a filmer? Anyway, if you feel up to it you can check out the seven minute edit I posted around this time last year. I can't wait to hear how bad my colors suck. P.S. critiquing the colors and contrasts of edits that are posted on YouTube/Myspace/Google Video is pretty silly considering the amounts of compression those sites employ.

The "stretch" of your post is you trying to make Bode come off as an asshole because he wants the best deal he can get. You said yourself that there are plenty of other top-tier racers who are doing the same exact thing that you're trying to use against any Bode supporters in this thread. He was the first to do it? The most easily identifiable racer in the world hired an agent so he can make the most amount of money possible while he can? SHOCKING! You're really missing a key point in your argument, though. You're telling us that junior racers are missing out on sponsorship deals because Atomic is paying Bode too much money. This sucks, but it's Atomic's choice to choose a household name over junior racers because it's going to make them more money. Atomic is choosing Bode over junior racers, and I can't blame them. If Atomic really cared so much about junior racing then they can garnish the yearly profits made to start a ski scholarship program, but I can't see bigwig executives at any major company taking a pay cut so that Skidude can build "brand loyality."

I don't think I've ever seen anyone post an edit without you coming in the thread to cry about how bad the colors look and how nobody knows how to use their camera properly. THEN, when you post your own edits you tell us to not critique them because you just threw them together and you didn't bother with color/contrast correction. You need to get rid of the air of superiority that you bring into every thread that has a video link because it's completely hypocritical and unnecessary. I'm surprised you didn't show up in the Mack Dawg trailer thread and spout off about how you would film it much better.
