Bear Creek is now closed- thanks for a great season! The Grille at Bear Creek will remain open 7 days a week this summer. (Visit the Dining page for updated hours.) Also, stay tuned for information on our summer events, including the Beer Fest and Fall Festival!! The mountain biking and hiking trails will re-open to the public, free of charge, in mid-April.

did they blow snow last night. the conditions report says the same thing as yesterday. they blow snow the last 3 days but shouldnt it say 4 if they blow snow last night?

i think the winds have alot to do with the ice there. they can blow the snow but the winds will still blow it all around not covering the ice spots

i have heard several people mention this mountain. whats it like. when is everyone going? how much are lift tickets? how big is the mountain?

if blue is going to be the only game in town this week we might head up there and save vt and ny for when there is no place to ski here. does anyone have any extra 1/2 price things or are they handing them out anywhere or do i really have to buy a ticket to get one

I will let the members decide, since i can't make up my mind, the choices are Killington, Stowe or New york, help me out folks. I need to know by Monday so i can leave Tuesday. Thanks For The Input

Bear Creek will be closing for the season on Sunday, March 19 at 4pm. Beginning Friday, all lift tickets will be $15. Off-peak season passes and 5-session cards are now valid at any time.

if it rains the mountain turns into ice. nickname iceface when i was there march 1 it was good coverage, just a couple big patches of ice. all in all a great trip! the bobsled rides are sooo much fun to do and the toboggan rides onto lake mirror too! the ski jumps are cool to see maybe you will get lucky and see someone jumping when i was there we stayed right across the street from the rink. so cool to look out the door and see them it all depends on how cold it stays my girl friend son and nephew are going up for the hockey tournament too.

that does not make me happy i wish one of the guys that work there and are on this site would post. it would be nice to know from someone who really knows what they are talking about

i was looking at the web cam up at bear and there looks like a lot of big brown spots. and NASTAR will not be held this week. its so sad to see a season come to an end
