Yea, people work there year round. You can hike there during the summer, though I don't think they allow that until the snow melts

Don't due it bro. When you drive up the driveway on the gate you are even going to see a big blue sign that says "Slopes closed for the season no skiing, boarding, or sledding allowed violaters will be prosecuted." Besides people work there year round and your bound to get caught.
