JFskiDan Posted January 13, 2012 Report Share Posted January 13, 2012 i skied from about 10 am until noon. frozen hard pack with just a coating of fresh on top. They were turning on the fan guns as i was making my first runs. Except for the top, East mountain was better protected from the winds than the other slopes. Fan guns can really lay down some snow quick, and that really made it nice for the few runs i was able to make. i left feeling like tomorrow will be a really nice day. the wind was really carrying the snow from the guns on challenge right into the glade. same on east as far as the elevator.
