  1. But outter limits isn't that steep..... It would be a very long steep bump run if you skied it from top to bottom (which I would die doing). When I went and it was open 1/2 the trail was groomed and 1/2 was bumped....I took one run down each. The groomed side was a lot of fun to fly down, and the bumps, well the bumps were ugly for me
  2. Thats one of the reasons this board got started....We tried to keep a resort honest on there message board....After everyone was banned Thinksnow and Atomicskier came up with another place to talk
  3. I thought we agreed on saying that had races on the trail next to the 'steep' trail at denton.... Anyway maybe at some point in my life I will ski denton
  4. Just stick the little kiddies on 180s, and get them ready for USSA

    recycle wax

Unless he added the stuff that was on the floor to the bucket too

    hydro pack algae

They have brushes and stuff for them...But you could probably do it with a sponge. Can you just take the pack out and put it in your dishwasher? That might do it too.

    recycle wax

Haha I know, the wax would probably stay on for 1/2 a run, when you have the hard abrasive man made snow. Anyway my guess is all you get out of waxing would be a slightly smoother ride, which you might not even notice....But thats ok

    recycle wax

I would say most of the time its not a very good idea. First off, if you hotwax and scrape then use that wax again, any dirt that was in your base, and you got out hotwaxing would go back in. After skiing in the spring, you can hotwax 2 or 3 times, and still see lots of visible dirt coming out of your ski bases. If it is somewhere like hood, you can hot wax 5 times, before the wax comes out looking 'clean'. With a new board, you would want to hot wax and scrape to get the PTex hairs that are sticking up, but I would say you want new wax each time, because you don't want the extra ptex coming back onto your base. I guess the short answer would be don't do it....
  11. Almost every mountain up in VT. has an academy with it. www.skiracing.com/academies there is a list of most of them.

    Ticket discount???

There asking price would be good, if they switched there quad with a high speed quad. But then again they might be going for less people paying more to have less people on the mountain...
  13. I like how it says please report any fraudulent use of this card to address on back....

    New Stuff

I got some new Diablos at Hood. Looking at getting a new pair of GS/SL skis, and a new helmet. Also picked up a pair of GS/SG poles at Hood for $20 (I love being tall, and getting a discount on poles they can't sell) Anyway, on a better note, I shouldn't need to get any new clothes this year (cept maybe a hoody or soemthing). Looking at probably a volkl GS skis (possibly rossi tho) and if I could find it, a new or used pair of Elan SLX ski from last year.

  18. It looks like on the 10th and 11th there is a race at Okemo, and Killington, and more races in VT on the 17/18th
  19. 3 years ago they had one of the PA Cup races at CB and one at Blue (same thing they are doing this year). Gives everyone a little change. Its gonna be my first time racing down cliffy There was also a rumor about having another J3 SL race there this year.
  20. Rob right on the first page where it says latest news (top right corner) if you click on 2005 Spring Meeting Minutes link. ( http://paracing.org/mambo/index.php?option...d=267&Itemid=62 ) I skimmed through most of it, and that was about all in there that interested me...

  22. Whoring everything, getting it off topic. BTW hi Luke!!!
  23. Rob if you bring them to the ski team meeting in october, you would probably be able to sell them. Your best bet would probably be to find 2 different families who wanted them, and sell one pair to each.
  24. And yet your home mountain is Camelback. It looks as if Camelback can do whatever they want, because you will still get there pass, and if you won't I will, and if I won't 6,000 other people will.

    A rumor

Hump seems like a bad choice with the turn in it. All I can hope is that they would blow fresh snow on it each night...
