Do I need to start a separate thread for a trip report, since that's a new topic? My current understanding is that each trip requires 4 separate threads: a stoke thread, a roll call thread, a live action thread, and a trip report thread. However, last night within minutes an admin merged my 2 threads into this one. So I'm very confused.

Yeah, I don't think I would ski in the rain even if I had a non-refundable lift ticket only good for that day. Rain is a major reason I switched from glasses to contacts because I could not see anything wearing glasses while biking in a rainstorm.

Oh right. I got home late so I'll post pics tonight. I had a blue Poweraid, beef burrito, Sunchips (the red bag), and a chocolate chip cookie.

Ok. Just check out Buckman's website, they sell all kinds of discounted lift tickets and for different times as well. They're actually fully refundable until 3/15 if you don't use them, except for the Blue Mountain tickets.

Theyre only good for night skiing during the week. You can buy them from Buckmans for $32 also. If you're close to Warminster let me know. I have 2 left, and if I dont sell them I'll be stuck skiing at Bear Creek again 2 more times.

If you guys can find a way for me to livestream a GoPro feed, you can sit around, watch the live footage, drink beers and place bets on whether I'll yard sale on the run or not.

Thanks, I'll check it out when I go back next week or in two weeks. I was too lazy to take off my ski boots and change back into my street shoes, so I didn't feel like walking around too far. The restaurant looked nice, but it was packed.

Wow, that list is pretty specific. I never actually tried skiing in the rain before, that sounds miserable. Do you wear a black garbage bag or something? I've gotten stuck in downpours so many times on my bike, and it's no fun even if it's a warm rain.

Thanks. That's kind of the impression I got of Stratton also. An old friend invited me to go to Stratton instead of Stowe this February, but I'm still doing Stowe because it seems like a much better mountain.

A $50 prepaid tracfone. I have to ration my data or I keep going over my data allowance. Disabling images in the browser helps cut down on data usage, but my phone has still used half of my monthly data allowance, which is 166.67 MBs. Thankfully Bear Creek's lodge has wifi, and now that Camelback opened the Stevenson Lift I can use the wifi at the hotel.

Well just wrapped up a truly epic night at BC. Got a whopping 15 runs. My phone was cheap so i couldnt post any actual live action pics or goexpert vids. Got to run, my Elons are outside unlocked and unattended. Next week is going to suck when I have to start actually locking up my skis again. Will post a full detailed and descriptive trip report on a brand new thread as not to threadjack. This was the live action thread so i think a TR is a new and separate topic.

Last hour. Im spoiled from my futute fictional RTMs so the Elons aren't quite doing it for me tonight. But soon i will be a proud Volkl owner. Oh i almost forgot to mention... And i get yelled at for threadjacking!?!?

I like to check out different restaurants and they have free wifi here. I will get my fill of skiing this weekend for sure so just relaxing tonight. If i get in 15 runs I'll be happy

I would attach pics but theyll have to wait because my phone wont cooperate. I think i saw Steeze's household from the top of the mountains. I never know what to expect on here. One day it feels like everyone wants to run me out of town and the next day I'm being commended for excellent and informative posting.

Yeah i like roundtop. Last time the weather was bad on Tuesday and it was mens night, so i went wednesday instead and pretended to be a lady for ladies night and got a $3 discount. Proudest achievement.

Update: sitting in the restaurant eating cafeteria style food. i wanted to sit in the fancy restaurant and be waited on but unfortunately every single table is occupied or will be occupied. The next available table is not until 8:15. I had to wait on myself which was exhausting. Pics of food to follow.

Got stuck on some uphill segments so anothrr ding. But i found a nice wide blue that I realy liked. I think it's called kodiak or something. A few more runs then ill check out the restaurant for din din. Still trying to figure out the layout of this vast mountainous expanse.

Did a green run and blue run. Snow is good but lots of slick spots. Cant wait until this weekend to obtain fictitious RTMs since Elons arent gripping the boilerplate well. This place reminds me a lot of Roundtop another epic mountain.

On lift b. I got 2 lift attendants so that was a nice bonus. Sadly no foot rest for my skis so first ding of the night. Snow appears rad but will be slow due to Elons and lack of wax. Parking lot was full but zero lift line and slopes look pretty empty.
