True story...i lost my wallet at Whiteface a long time ago. Probably fell off a lift or whatever. When I finally came to grips with the fact that I was on a ski trip with no money and as I was taking my last lift ride I hear guest services call my name. Someone turned it in...everything in tact. There are good peeps out there. Mute is one of them.

Belle is a wonderful place. I'll be up again late March or early April.

This post definitely didn't agree well. Apologies.

No way. Joker did that shit (lured people in with free money) in the 1988 batman film, next thing you know balloons filled with smilex gas poisoned everyone. Moral of the story....never take free money from anyone!!

You literally have no clue what you're talking about.

U2s self proclaimed effort to "chop down the joshua tree"...Achtung Baby is the GOAT in my opinion.

2/27-2/28 weekend roll call thread..

Im out this weekend. -
I'd venture to say he got it at JT national park. That's said it's cool hat though that I'd rock all day, every day. Side story...the joshua tree used on the second greatest album of all time's sleeve is in death valley, CA. The actual tree is hard to get to and has since fallen over (it's off a highway in the middle of the desert). But it's been found and there's a plaque there apparently. A few years ago someone cut a piece of the tree and tried to sell it for $$$....I want to say they got arrested (I could be wrong).

Dude if you're even boarder line overweight I'm fucking jabba the hut.
-
In all seriousness if I were to schedule something in pa (I looked, saw some and thought long and hard) what excuse do I use? I don't smoke. I'm overweight but I don't know if I qualify as obese (or who knows...maybe I do)!

Legit tempted

Sure. Difference however is if people are now being asked to pay the 40% increase for next season, or opting for blue knowing that there are other options for a lower price, they're going to want to see tangible reasons to justify their decision.
-
I agree. A pass is supposed to get you direct to slope acces right...lol. With the crowds being what they were last night why hell would they pull the plug on the quad at 7:30?? I left at 6 because I didn't feel like waiting anymore with both open.. I can't even imagine what closing the quad at 730 did...well kinda since Johnny Law mentioned the lines essentially became a McDonald's drive thru.

I was thinking about this as I was trudging through the mud on my way out tonight. If blue wants to charge the highest prices in the area, i think it puts them under a microscope. For example people may now start to question things. "will they ever put lights / snowmaking on coming soon?" "Why are my boots caked in mud simply because I walked to my car"? "Why did the meteor crater sized pot holes f up my tires. For $600 I shouldn't have to deal with that." "Why does this lift keep stopping"? "Why can't I ski razors ever...I pay $600 but the race team gets preferential treatment". In other words they may need to step up their game in certain areas now since they're the big dog now as a far as prices go. At montage for $349 that mud on my boots annoys me a lot less than when it happens at blue for $600.

I'll bet they grab some blue passholders.

I should've waited

Crowds are getting silly even at the dubb. Back at the quad where it's madness. I'm not even touching the 6 pack line. Time to order franks pizz and peace out.
-
I got tickets to a show in July that was rescheduled from last year. We'll see if that happens
-
Not at all bad at the double. Sleepy hollow to Main is where it's at
-
Not thrilled to pay almost 2 hundy more but it is what it is. Hopefully it'll trend down again in the future.
-
Razors is closed for racing. I'm headed to the double due to crowds. Snow is perfect spring like.
-
Spring has definitely sprung and I'm not hating it. It's a beautiful day out here. Conditions are great. The only thing I'm hating right now are the lift lines

During one of these recent storms I actually had an in depth conversation with my wife about titty sparkles...what they are and why they're called titty sparkles.
