I probily shouldn't say this. But 2 years ago I had my boards stollen at Camelback. I got them back because security recovered from an employee. This is when I found out that camelback runs sting operations. They will set like a nice flashy pair of race skis out just laying on the snow and see who tries to steal them. Usually they have a security guy watching them in plain cloths so no one will see. I think its great the CB does that

hahaha Yea I skied by there on my way over to patrol and couldn't help but burst out in laughter as I saw those poor asain kids running into each other. I than politly asked them to move to Coolmore or go to the welcome center and sign up for group lessons. Then they replied with " dsjdshfgfgalsfhsyfgsygashfgasdfgadsyfsdafsdf" which is asain for I don't speak english lol

yea the fog is what really kills the snow

Skicamelback, I do like to new website, but how come at certain times in the day I can't few the daily pics and at other times I can ?

There is one reason I hate having a mac, I cant see the webcam. But anyway, it looks as though they are going to be able to start opening more terrain as these weeks progress. Welcome to PASR Skicamelback

Yea lib im an instructer..... if you havn't seen any good tech skiers at camelback metz than you havn't looked hard enough.. there are plenty of tech ski and snowboard instructers at cb...most them are busy teaching half the time so you never get to see them.

I honestly couldn't be happier because a majority of the passholders wouldnt want to ski in that crap anyway( the condition the mountain is in now). And im sure some of them are happy because camelback is taking the time to repair the mountain.its ok we will have the last laugh. I talked with the new owner and everyone is gonna be surprised this year.

lib i didn't know you had ITC... how do you like it?? who is your instructer... I pretty muched hated ITC considering I was with a bunch of people that couldn't ski anyway

Thats a good point. Im not sticking up for camelback I think they should open asap. But Camelback is made up of a network of trails that cross eachother and other junk like that. So I honestly instead of blowing on one trail, why they just dont blow one area.

So im pretty sure that I have made up my mind on buying the Volkl Karmas this season. Anyone ride them? And if so what are your opions. I would also be looking for opions on a killer boot/binding set up for that ski. Im a expert all mountain skier who loves the groomed but also loves to dip into the park and pipe alot.... Any thoughts ?

Ski at your own risk... I have always thought that ski resorts livved by that moto... so you cant really sue a ski resort that has that printed on the back of their ticket can you ?

were not getting out house in lake niamoi (sp) this year... maybe you could get it

lot 9 ( at the bottem of coolmore) used to be the employees parking lot. I thought it was a nice idea to start letting cusmters park up there. I know like maybe 7 other ski instructers that park up there.... I think papa should get off of his high horse and put up with it or shut up. I mean come on in todays world cant you find something beter to complain about ? Thats what I don't like about alot of rich guys that ski, they complain about everything.
