wow, sounds great. see you then!

well hundreds is a little much per race. hundreds of cycles for a new set, and less for an experienced full fledged set.

is he referring to general pro base prep? then per race.

we should run together as the dope looking 6/4 crew, haha. as long as its all love, then its all love, haha. i usually run between centered and 25mm back. of course i too love to go centered. on this board, the sidecut is set 25 back so it rides better like that than centered. one day ill buy a true twin so i can really feel the centered lovin (rome design i hope!). the bindings arent actually mounted yet beause my boots are still on the way, and i need those to get everything nice and tight. also, the picture is at an angle skewing how my nose and tail compare. $250 yes, united states dollars, haha also, when we powpowin it up, set WAAAY back. also, the stickers are on my TAIL. the nose is clean. also, check out my rock/jibber http://www.paskiandride.com/forums/index.p..._album&album=83

ronin red dawn? thats such a good look. my 6/4 is from 2004 with the big ronin symbol on the back (as a kicker, it has better water proofing than any of the newer ones). i doubt hes rocking my mad old steez, but whatever happens indeed itll be funny. is he a snowboarder? shadows! same jacket! ill!

pure uncontrolled hucking, but in there defense, the park was not developed enough to allow for the tricks they are obviously capable of pulling, or is that just how skiers look when then rotate? they will get much better clips with better conditions, and also, my level of freestyle riding doesnt really allow me to judge free skiers of their caliber (though i do know style when i see it).

and letting people know the size and if its tan or white and blue, red, yellow, or pink might help.

most recent feedback: you owe Doc HUGE for taking the time and effort to not only test your product, but for doing so with such care. He obviously put a fair amount of thought into how to test it in the most scientific, unbiased manner possible. Plus he took the time to publicly share his findings in a detailed manner. Which makes for a refreshing change from a lot of the crapola that passes for noteworthy around here. It was nice to read something that was a) actually related to snowboarding involved an "ah ha" regarding a product c) incorporated some robust methodology and d) referred back to an on-going "cult of personality" story on the BMB. I admit - I was sketchy thinking about using Whacks for the Baker Banked. But I have been watching carefully all the feedback from those who have tried it. Jason, Jeremy, Amanda, Michael .... these are people I respect. They're no slouches on the hill. When a critic turns advocate, I *really* sit up and take notice. So thanks Doc. Based on your feedback and that of the others here, Whacks is batting 1,000 right now. No one who has used it has given a thumbs down rating on Steveo's product. So I'll be using it myself, and rocking it at the LBBS*. suchick *Legendary Baker Banked Slalom I'm just glad to hear that the Doc liked it, too. I knew I wasn't blowing any smoke up anyone's ass. For real, flat spots are the true test, and Steve's Whacks passed with flying colors. pistoff I used it at camp and didn't have to wax for the entire week, only slowed down a tiny bit on the last day but was still noticeably faster than with other waxes in the past. Barcode!

good thing it was a nice warm day, and you got the most of it because thats big money. small bottles of that crack are 100+ right? i definitely agree that hot whackings (shameless, i know) rules the day, and im contemplating grabbing a cork to augment my jobs.

ambitious! i like that a lot. i wish we had glades.

actually a blowtorch would be optimal if you cant afford a ptex gun. blowtorches help limit nasty black carbon build up. if you can, buy a ptex gun. repairs are far faster and better because the new ptex is melted in with the surrounding base ptex for a really great fill.

so fun, man, haha. definitely doing it again this year because its been about two years since it was last officially open. any more... tangible improvements.
-
i guess thats similar to the "crayon" waxing method. does anyone use that? ive never tried, bu i dont think it would sufficiently heat up the wax and the base.

the ten day forecast is disheartening.
