I'm planing on making a rail or two out of 3" pvc drain pipe, i've used it to slide on before but It was on a toy snow board. It worked god with that(a little slick though) I havent tried it on a real snowboard yet.

yeah thats why I don't know if even I like the idea. I don't see any chances any time soon either.

Raceway is probaly wide enough to put some features on the left side. It doesn't get used that much. Idk If I like the idea though.

If they got a flat rail that would be nice. they could have it pritey high with a nice gap. It coulden't be that expencive. But if they did have new rails they would probaly be boasting about it by now.

Some gaps would be nice. I've seen some nice stuff in there park when the feel like grooming it right. the did expand their half pipe.

yeah is it daily or for the season? 5 bucks a day would add up realy fast. [edit: sorry that last post wasen't there when i started typing] It would keep out some people, like those who just ski down the trail and get in the way. But i don't thing it would deter the people who are pretending to be cool and sit in line up then ride aroud the rail. or go very slow over a jump with out getting any air. would the money go back into the park or contribute to corprate greed?

To see something that big and not think anyone was killed is nieve. But hopefuly you are right and no one was injured. It just shows how powerful they are and that they need to be taken serously. I think you should laugh at the Idiots who don't heed the warnings. I've heard it described as something along the lines of 'selectively narrowing the geane pool'. The idiot that puts a firecracker in his mouth and lights it (I've seen a video of that, It proves how stupid people are) deserve to be laughed at. Not the people involved in an unfourtonate accedent. (even If it was caused by neglect they still don't deserve it and the pyro comunity dosen't deserve the bad image). On another note, Trebuchets are awsome. One peice of advice I will give you is take your time designing it. Ours is huge, which makes it awsome, but it would be better if it was more effecent. (we ran the numbers through a-treb and it was like 17%) Test it on the A-treb simulator and make sure it will be strong enough before you build it. Good Luck on any future projects.

Sorry if I sonud a little harsh but as you can see from my name I take that kind of stuff seriously. I woulden't want people laughing It it was me getting blown up. If you want to see some thing funny with fireworks watch all the idiots, they deserve it.

Camelback dose have fireworks durring the summer. I am almost positive that was a factory explosion. There's nowhere near enough explosives at one show to cause something that big. But any size stash of fireworks exploding would be desastorous. I don't understand how people can find that kind of stuff funny. Sience when does 'deadly explosions' come under humor?

It snowed in the higher elevations neer CB there was snow on the ground on my way to work. On the way home I could see snow on the trails at CB

Thats awsome, how much do you thing a 1/4" tee gun will make? I'll try drilling another hole. I was thinking about that but wasn't shure. I try to test it out tonight.

This morning i was using 1, 1/16" hole. I ran it for about 20 - 30 miniuts but then it started to freeze up. I only got about a 1/16" of an inch but thats good enough for me. I need to figure out how to stop it from freezing. Any suggestions? I want to try to run it for an hour tonite and mabey an hour / 45 mins tomorow morning. 1.5 inches is good for 45 minuts how many inches/min does that gun get?

I have snow too!!! I just started the gun and there's already some white on the groung in front of it!
