I've never notecd the strait box at cb as being sticky, but now that I think about it I don't thing I've 50-50ed it all year.
-
I definitaly noteced that the pipe is better this year than I have ever seen it. They Don't have a huge variety of trails by looking at dificulty but there are a lot of different way to get down the mountain. That is especily nice when you are there for a while. The Quads are nice and cameltop Is the best place to warm up (I don't actualy eat at the mountain) especaly the loft. It's usualy empty and it keeps you away from the tourest. I also like the secluded trails in the middle of the mountan. They always seem to be in good condition and there is usualy no one on them. They make for realy nice crusing runs.

No, I Just lit the p-tex on fire and that worked prity good so I won't bother trying to modify the glue gun (for now at least), it's still sitting open on my floor.
-
I was doing some p-tex work on my board and driped some burning p-tex from 3' to the floor. Wow! that makes one of the coolest sounds I have ever heard and it looks realy cool too as its falling in a fire ball. And I found out that base cleaner burns REALY good . Although those of you non-pyros might not get as much enjoy ment out of this.

I'd be willing to help build one, not by myself though. Too much money. Mabey some of us could band together over the summer and build it. (Then the news people would think it's awsome and we could put pasr stickers all over it and get on the news.)

Wow that RFID stuff is scary. DOWN WITH BIG BROTHER! Wait a miniute, I hope I'm not seeing a connection here.

With a 3 number lock there's only 1000 combos, so thats 3-4 trys per second to do it in 5 minutes. I've done it before and if you parcteced it is possible. With a four number lock there would be 10,000 combos so there's a little added security in that.

My TEE gun I built from the designs at snowguns.com works fine on the eaton compressor. Just read a lot of info before you start to build. Our Home Snowmaking FAQ at the top of this page ia a good place to start. then go to the sites mentioned. Then if you have more questions ask them so we can make our guide even more comprehensive. I woulden't wing something thats going to cost you +1000$ but thats just me.

Becuse they have coin opperated locks to milk as much money out of you as possible.

It usualy means powder early in the morning then mougles after everyone skis on it. I've seen some pretty crazy conditions after some nice snow. Huge Mogules! It should be realy nice I wish I could get up there. Mabey if I'm lucky.

Thanks. Rhododendron Glen is suposed to open tommorom and Clifhanger should open friday. They recovered fairly well from all the warmth.
-
Opps... I ment to put this in the CB fourm. They were blowing a lot on Cliffhanger last night and the asp had a lot of snow. There website says they're blowing on all the trails they have yet to open. It should be nice this weekend.
-
CB is predicting all 33 trails to be open for this weekend!
-
I's coming down good here! It started about a half hour ago and there's already a nice dusting.
-
All of montages dimonds are probaly twice as long as CBs. They also have more that one headwall. You shoulden't have to work too hard unless you spend all day on White Lightning or another trail with mogles. But you have a nice long relaxing ride up the lift to rest.
-
I wonder if one of the wires came loose. If you are that lucky that would be an easy fix.
-
They realy shoulden't have had to wait untill twelve to let them up. If the dates written on the pass are wrong and it says you are allowed to ski that day, the lift opperator should let you up. It's not that hard to read a pass that says you can ski on that date. If on the other hand the date was right but some were wrong I could see the need for an OK from higher administartion. But those people shoulden't have been up there in the first place.
-
I have a limited season pass to Camelback and was curious as to what days I coulden't go skiing so I looked on the pass. It says 1/18/05 and 2/22/05, Their both Tuesdays! I looked on there web sites and the dates are actualy 1/16/05 and 2/20/05. I just thought I'd let you know incase you were confused or just so you could be amused at their mistake.
-
The Temps. have dropped below freezing and Camelback, Blue, Montage, JF&BB, as well as others are making snow. It looks like at least five days of round the clock snow making. Blue is predicting at least 10 days of snowmaking. Things are finaly looking up!

Don't you wish it had snowed though? We need all the help we can get.

I'm About 5 miniuts away on the opposite side of the slopes. I've never accualy kept track of how far distance it is. It can't be more that 5 miles.

What is the compitition like. I was contimplating compeeting and I wanted to know if I even had a chance. Right now all I can realy do it boardslides and sketchey 360's. I'll be partcing and hope to be able to get some 270s down but I havent been able to pull any yet. Thanks for any info you can get me.
-
That was my thought too but the other day the snow was loose ice particals and I kept getting stuck. I would think that once you could do a 360 it waould make 270s easier. Sience you already know you can do the spin.
