just got back. it was a fun day besides the fact that i f-ed up my elbow and shoulder. I agree with oakley on all the things in cascade. the tubing jumps were nice for spinning. I learned overcorked/rodeo 7's and 5's but was having a hard time landing because the landings were all shady and you couldnt spot it well
i shall be shredding the gnar tomorrow too. red/white/black striped pants and either a mega large sweatshirt with a red DC tee over or a black jacket depending on the weather. and a white helmet with fire lenses
All in all a great day. Still some pow pow in the glades
Terrain park was alright. the 2nd bigger jump was nice for floating some 3's
heres a pic of me on east mt.
I saw something about this yesterday. I just forget where. They have a snowboarding contest of it too, but it has to be a funny/educational video under 60 seconds. Kinda hard...
I saw the groomer doing the jump line on the webcam, It looks like it held up really well, but we need a little more snow on the drop-in area. And I'm hoping that park crew is re-cutting the jumps..
I'm gonna be there in a baggy sweatshirts with either a red or black tee over and baggy red/black/gray/ and white striped special blend pants. And i'll have on oakley a frames with fire lenses
Thanks for the update. Thats great news, I'll prolly be up fri sat and sunday. I'll be wearing red/gray/white striped pants and a baggy sweatshirt if anyone's trying to ride this weekend.
Jump line was golden today until about 7-ish maybe a little before. First jump was great for spinning. but toward the end got a little sketchy/icy and my ass in now in some pain.
