ectobar
Anyone hear that blue was getting one of these? Saw this over at vwvortex.... Blue Mountain Ski Area in PA just got an air bag for use this summer!! should be pretty fun to try out They haven't officially said anything to the public yet that they bought one, but I work snowmaking up there in the winter so I know they got one. But it should be up an ready to go sometime in June I imagine Seems kinda odd that I wouldn't have heard about it on pasr if it were legit. RidgeRacer
What is it?
ectobar
What is it? An inflatable landing pad for jumps. Simulates powder so you can try that switch back corked rodeo 10 you've always been dreaming of and not die.
DiMe
What will they use for the jump and run in over the summer? Snowflex? It would be epic if Blue opened a snow flex park this summer in the poconos!!!
phillycore
I wonder if it was Blue Mtn and not Blue Mtn in Pa. and they just got it skewed somehow... Unless it's for use in the tubing area.. Edited April 18, 2009 by phillycore

Justin
The fact that he said it'll be up in june ruins his credibility, what are they gonna build a huge ass carpet jump? I might take a trip up to the water ramps in OH

Sno Mountain Skier
Why would that information be posted on the vw vortex? Think about were its posted. If it was leaked info on a vr6 engine, id believe it, but not a landing bad at Blue.

If it was leaked info on a vr6 engine, id believe it, but not a landing bad at Blue. Probably because they have a active ski/snowboard part to their forum. Maybe the OP & the snowmaker at blue drives a VW?
