Switchsideskier. Posted January 9, 2010 Report Share Posted January 9, 2010 Just got back from Whiteface. Beautiful trip. Snowed the whole entire time, did not stop one bit. We stayed at the highpeaks resort in lake placid. We skied everyday from 8-4 took a few breaks at the midstation. Gondola was closed for maintainance, and then was eventually closed due to the high winds. The Cloudspitter glades were pretty nice. High Country glades had a nice amount of powder, The silver glades were the nicest of them all, and the sugar valley glades which are located on the new lookout mountain just opened up yesterday, although were a little icy.
