Kyle
Might as well give this tr thing a shot. Left kutztown for big boulder at around 1:30. Arrived in the lot at 2:40 and the temp was hovering around 42 degrees. Downed a few beers while booting up/ waiting for opening. My first run of the day was down love park. The snow was nice, soft "packed powder". Love was thin width wise but seemed to have a decent base on it considering the warmer weather and rain we have been having. After I few runs on love we headed over to freedom. Freedom had a nice little setup to mess around on. If anyone is wondering it goes like this from top to bottom : Flat down butter box, down bar, flat mailbox, double wide mailbox, flat box, double barrel down rail, dfd rail, street handrail, c rail, side option mailbox, small jump thing, small bomb, then a z rail at the bottom. We took a few slow runs through the park to get our legs back under us then we went back out to the parking lot for a little to relax and drink more. This probably paid off because it took a while for the lights on freedom to come on, for whatever reason. Our next few runs were down snowdrift/ big boulder park. These two were definitely ROTD. Boulder park had wide coverage and you were really able to get some speed and make nice long carves. By about 7 things started to harden up with some icy spots and that's when we decided to call it a night. All in all it was pretty fun and good to be back on the snow again. I was surprised with how much snow boulder actually had considering the weather. The guns came on about 2 or 3 runs before we left. I'm going to venture to guess that was around 7:30. Seems like they're really pushing to be 100% by the holiday week. Money well spent though.

JFskiDan
i assume they are adding Bunny Schuss and something else....they are saying 5 or more for this weekend, and last weekend there wasnt a lick of snow on Dragonfire, so probably no hope there. Kyle
Draufganger translates to daredevil I believe, something along those lines. Dragon fire sounds cooler though
