Offical Opening Day

Opening Day is the 9th it will be 8 till 4 from the 9th till the 15th and then they will start night skiing

I could have swore I posted that they were opeing on the 9th...I was told a few weeks ago, by a few intructors there, that that is when they are opening..Anyway, I'll be there in 2 weekends!

I read somewhere that they are starting night skiing on opening day. I got it from someone that was there today on the ski instructer meeting. I don't know which person to beleve!!!! For the early opening, yay. We should all have a run together at CB.

maybe, we can hope that they are, but i got that night skiing wouldn't start till the following week from someone in the rentals....who knows

Night Skiing starts the following Thursday.

 

General Manager is projecting 12 trails open, including the halfpipe by the 9th.

Talked to my sister today who is going to be an instuctor. They said friday opening, they will "officially" announce it on monday. They plan to open with 12 trails.

Rob, I have bad news for you...If CB was gonna open anything tomorrow for anyone, they would be out grooming tonight, and making more snow ontop of that, then grooming that all flat....(they groom the piles out and then blow a little more on top most times) so If you don't see any groomers going around, you are outta luck for tomorrow. Also I stand corrected on saying instructors are on snow tomorrow. They are on snow next saturday

I have talked to a few insturctors, and the head race coach. They are opening the 9th, (incase you guys didn't pick up on that yet). They have also said that night skiing with start the Thus after they open. Hope this helps everyone out.

I went up to camelback on saturday for a meeting and the VP annonced that Camelback will open for bussiness this comming friday with 12 trails.

Friday for sure from everyone I saw at CB today.. BTW - when I left at 6pm they were still blowing hard. They are going to have a lot of great coverage for opening day.
