nick malozzi Posted November 4, 2004 Report Posted November 4, 2004 id skip monday but i have a huge instalation project to assemble that day for 3-D design, a critique in digital photo, and ive already skipped my history survey class more then im allowed to before getting deductions on my grade. not a good day for me, haha.
Timeless Posted November 4, 2004 Report Posted November 4, 2004 If any of you are going to go, it looks like you need to go early in the week rather than wait 'til the weekend. Weather.com showing temp's coming back up to high forties with rain for late in the week and into the weekend. You can hope that Killington know what they're doing and the the slope temps will be lower, but there may not be that much quality snow around for long. It seems like the entire country seems to be getting snow except us at the moment, even frickin Texas Still at least that explains the elections result: "it'll be a cold day in hell before that dumb-ass gets my vote....." Good luck to any of you that head up there, take some pictures for the site.
skimom Posted November 4, 2004 Author Report Posted November 4, 2004 Since everyone has responsibilities during the week, it's more realistic to focus on next weekend for early season runs. I'd prefer not to drive all the way to K-Mart if somewhere closer is open, like Belleayre. But, if there are no options, we'll go to K-Mart... I'm assuming the 'dude will join me.
skidude Posted November 6, 2004 Report Posted November 6, 2004 Killington IS opeing on the 9th (tuseday) And its SNOWING There right now
LineSki Posted November 6, 2004 Report Posted November 6, 2004 anybody actually going to killington will be happy to know they will have a mini park open on the first day and so on until their real parks our set up

poconoceancity Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 how long does it take to get thier from philly? if it close enouft for a day trip? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> fire up the night before, get a cheap room, hit the mountain early and fire back after the lifts close...this can be done for less than $100 per person.
