Haha yeah it was.

Might be there Saturday night...Probably will. Be there on the 11th

I do believe that the majority of snowmakers were new this year. Add that to very marginal temps for the first part of the season, and you get uhh not great snow. You can't really blame the new people for there lack of knowledge, or the resort for the weather...
-
Seems what it is most of the time...
-
You will be tending more than one gate I believe. And I'll be flying around fixing them as fast as I can
-
I assume Ridge will be racing at CB this weekend?
-
I believe at CB they only pay the patrolers that are paramedics. I think they have to be fulltime too, but I'm not sure. Theres only a couple. They are also the only ones who are allowed to drive the snow mobiles on the hill, and sit in the room with the 43549 different radios. I heard a rumor that BB got rid of all there unpaid patrollers, but taht doesn't seem reasonable. Any truth to that?

Lets see what could possibly be the reason for skiing a ski with an 85mm waist in the rockies? I don't know. And why do I care about that those kids were doing after their races? Any 'good' skier should be well rounded. Tails, gates, park...I don't see what that has to do with anything...

If I had a dollar for everytime you said you were never going to CB again... Or $0.02 for everytime doug or jeff posted negative CB stuff, or blue shit in here, I would be RIEEEACHHHHHHHH

Haha. I'm looking at who is setting the J3 race, and who is setting the J4/5 race on Cliffy for Sunday. I think once course is going to have more 'surprises' than the other. Most of which will be unplanned...But who knows. Its gonna be fun. They had this nice thing going at Tussey...Hairpin or flush, then set the next two gates across the hill from eachother...
-
Aren't you 13? Shouldn't you be in school?
-
Me and my 10,000 closest friends!!!!! And my old math teacher who wanted to know what it would be like to get a lesson for her kids on Sunday
-
Good news is that I'm feeling better. Side still hurts a lot, but less than before, so hopefully I'll be at BC on Wed night.
-
I think I will be there with 'Mum. Anyone else?
-
Maybe you look like your out of control Haha they don't give me issues with it. The snowmakers put them there for a reason
-
I guess thats what happens when your home mountain is homeless..lol They had a nice little kicker set up and a few rails...
-
Nile is a fun trail. Especailly when there is snow up on the sides. Good for passing people Good for some full speed runs. Or making many many many sl turns.

I'm closing this thread just to prevent confussion, as the PASR has been pushed back.
-
The PASR day at CB is being pushed back to a later date. Being that almost no PASR staff will be there, we are going to try and have it later in the season. I am going to try and see if Craig can get all the non pass holders a deal on tickets.

Camelback rangers are told not to take passes from anyone under 18 I hear...
-
Used to? Still do. But its getting better with a wider stance.

Pull up the skirt and go

Its pretty hard to hook a tip if your running GS. I'm deffinatly thinking that run would have been like 5-10th place run But I suppose they don't count if you dont' finish Probably skip spring mountain tomorrow, and hit BC on Wed night in the GS skis
-
Like I said, blue next week. Randy was there, and came in 3rd on Saturday. I think a J2 beat him. And Dustin was there too I think (taking first)
-
Not sure. I think I finished 28 at CB (but that was GS on my home hill). Blue this Friday and Sat...I'm ready to hit top 20 again...
