Apparently right now CB security is back rooming about 5 kids who were stealing snowboards. The cops are up there and they are unloading a bus and seeing whats in it. The cops are up there too. F* people who steal skis/boards. I would soooo beat the sh*t out of anyone who tried to take my stuff. Anyway, just wanted to give them props for attempting to stop some of the theft. Something you might want to look into would be the free ski check, because I bet a lot more people would use it... Either way, good job.

If theres nothing on there, I might have an extra pair of Marker Comp 1400s with plates that I could take off an old pair of skis for 125ish...

The weekend was deffinatly good for skiers. Not busy at all. Friday night was busy, but Saturday/Sunday/Monday were pretty empty. Foggy all weekend, but hopefully they get the guns on soon and crank out the snow

Of course jeff brought nastar to blue, and uhh you and everyone else bitched about the trash under the lifts (I bet 10 people said something about it before you even joined this board)...But uhh either way...

Stupid senior year. Cept I wouldn't constantly bitch about why blue was bad, and say that CB is great. I call CB out on way more stuff than doug and jeff combined have ever called out on blue. M.B Most of the people posting crap in the CB forums haven't been to Cb more than one time in the last year or two. I think of blue passholders as dirty republicans who bitch til they get what they want and CB pass holders as a bit more chill....

Blue mtn was pushed back to Feb9/10 from Jan 19/20. I believe CB is pushing there J3 race back to Feb 11th, to run with the J4/5s on Cliffy (Two starts, one ontop of the headwall for the J3s and one under the headwall for the J4/5s). Tussey is this first weekend in Feb (if it happens) and Blue is the week after that...I really hope that Tussey isn't my first time in gates F* the weather

The colder the air is, the warmer the water can be. Cold air +cold water are the best, but if the air is right around freezing, and the water is warm, well then they are just wetting the ground.

What about Goode skis? Or those pimp Mt. Dew skis (which are actully Volkls with a different paint job)

If your air is 30, and your water is 45...your going to have a bitch of a time making snow. We all know you are upset, but there is only so much any mountain can do without the weather.

Isn't that your job? To sit on the jumps and make sure that only one person goes off at a time? Just knock em down if there style isn't the same as yours. You know best

Half pipe was sketchy at best...With about 80 degree walls, and some barespots...but it was fun to play in. Snow wasn't too bad either day.

CB is north facing, but I would be interested to know how you deside that Cb gets mushy when other resorts don't. You can only ski one resort at a time. Saying that it did get mushier than other resorts in the same conditions would lead me to think that the snow was softer (more air, less water, more powdery, less hardpack)
