Haha Blue mountains billboard has the 6 pack pasted onto the billboard, but you see both the faces on the lift, and the mountian behind it, so it looks like the 6 pack is moving away from the mountain. First thing I noticed. On the NE extension around quatertown exit... Just remember...CB is rated X for xtreme

CB has some bad billboards, but atleast theres don't have lifts that are moving away from the mountain...

They have enough snow on the mountain to open Tut and birches down to the meadows...And probably enough by tomorrow night to open the park (with a few small hits)...Its not that they can't make enough snow, its that there just being stupid about it...

CB does a lot of wried things....But this would reallllly make me wonder about whoevers running the show over there... I guess we'll see...Maybe they will change there mind

There blowing and blowing...But there not planning to open this coming weekend......

They blew from 9pm last night to about 10am this monring...( I was up there watching them). Rumor is they plan on having their instructor training course next weekend, and opening the following weekend, but I'm hoping they will realize how much crap they will get by not opening if EVERY other resort in PA is open. 5 days with "Camelback

200.... They usually project about 3,000 the first weekend (with one trial)...Lets say 2/3s of all the people are on the lift or in the lodge.... 1,000 people on one trail...Thats like one person per a vertical foot...hmmm ouch

I have a Uvex helmet...It feels pretty soild, and I haven't had any issues with it. Had a leedom helmet, which broke after I crashed...

11 runs in one hour? That seems like a lot with a 9.5 minute lift ride

I know CB adjusts the speed depending on how many people are there...To balence the line vs. the amount of people on the hill...

Like I said, it was a random guess...Its been a while since I have been there. So back off ASSHOLE Maybe they just don't like you...

Random (again, I say random) guess is they are pretty old lifts, and can't run as fast as the newer ones...The slower they run them, the less likely they are to break. My guess is last year they were running them as fast as they could without risking them breaking...
