It works much better for everyone if you register at the main lodge before say 10am...Then take the sticker they give you (it will have your number on it) up to the start shack (on top of raceway) around 1245. (the sooner you get there, the nicer the course will be)

haha i was thinking the same thing....Kinda hickish
-
Ebay has lots of crossmax 8s for not too bad...Not sure if those would be stiff enough for you...But there real cheap. I think the streetracers just came out this year, so they could be pricey
-
I do recall Jeff saying something (a few weeks AFTER) CB was open...'it was something along the lines of 'its so nice that they finally blew enough snow on razors edge to get the whole width of the trail open now' Anyway I really don't care...We were both skiing at the same time...And well, ain't that whats important?
-
I demoed them last season, and she demoed them this season. Both of us have very good things to say about them, but I would worry they would be a little too demanding (streetracer 10s)...Maybe try the streetracer 9s (do they make those, or just 8s???) Also Volkl 4 or 5 stars, atomics C or R series, and I am drawing a blank on all other skis....
-
Yeah there are...All about 10 bucks...But I don't think I would have the balls to drill into my ski....I need to take a crash course in mounting bindings and adjusting them somewhere. Get a job at a ski shop in the fall for a month or 2 maybe....
-
None of the demos are race skis...They are just high end skis (expert/higher intermediate)...But They are all like 160cm+ Is Ridge going to ski with us again, or just freeski then do nastar?
-
Well I guess I will be going up to VT How did you go about aquiring the Jigs, btw?
-
Can I uhh come over
-
Are you going to be at CB? You could probably find someone to let you try them...I just don't know who...Ask around
-
Well they don't hug the trees...I don't notice any problems there....I have noticed many more problems at many other resorts...but CB has pretty good lighting (IMO)
-
Some kids on our race team leave there skis bases up, and hung between 2 tables...They think it will make the cambers go the other way....One kid was even thinking about tieing a weight to his binding...Not sure if it works, but its deffinatly an interesting idea.
-
Jeff, his family has 14 pairs....I would bet we have aroudn that number...Just too lazy to count them all...And deffinatly too lazy to take a picture of them all together, waxed
-
I remember when uhh dromidary didn't have lights
-
Atomics or a stiffish 145ish sized race ski?
-
All I have ever seen you do at Cb is make your quick forced turns down the headwall, then straightline the flats...Guess I will have to pay more attention next time
-
I don't want to f*cking ask ski999 if you can arc or carve...Why do I need to ask him for everything about you....Aren't you able to take on run and just show me
-
That sign is at montage
-
Duhhh idk that I have EVER seen you arc....can ya
-
It has nothing to do with the ski...Just the lack of a tail...How are you supposed to healsurf? Anyway Jeff, you force the skis around when you make your 'quick turns' and I don't think that would change much even if you were on a SL ski...So for you it doesn't really matter
-
I don't know they have demos for a 10 year old tho....Come to think of it, Mt. Hood is the only place I have seen Race skis for demos in sizes under 150.... Anyway let us know how it goes.
-
Ski999...If you ever get the chance to demo this years Elan SLXs...I would love to know what you think about them.... And uhh isn't 157 a lil short for you? I know when I was fooling around on a pair of 157 dynistars...They were super quick, I mean super quick, but I don't think I would be able to race on them (just not really long enough)
